A pleasant place to live for all of you! Two rooms for rest and a comfortable lounge with a sofa allowing two additional people to sleep there. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. You will be comfortable in the new bathroom. Finally there is a large balcony that you access by the three main rooms.
There is not much to add to the already glowing reviews below. The apartment is clean, spacious, organized, more-than-well equipped with anything you might need and very close to the subway/stores. Christophe went above and beyond to ensure our stay went well. He met us as we arrived and as we left, to ensue everything was perfect. I cannot rate this stay more highly, and plan to stay again on my return trips to Paris in the new year. Thank you Christophe!!
Merci Christophe !!

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live as a Parisian? This is your chance.
From the moment we walked into this sparkling clean, beautifully furnished apartment, we felt comfortaable. We were met by Christoph, its cordial owner. He walked us through the apartment's appliances and showed us how to use them. When we discovered, two days later, that we hadn't fully grasped the nuances, he was kind enough to come back after work and show us again.
From the first, it was clear that it was truly important to him that we enjoy our stay. He provided tips about the neighborhood and even stocked the refrigerator with enough food and wine to get us started.
The neighborhood includes almost anything you could need in the way of supplies and nice neighborhood restaurants. The neighbors were quiet and pleasant when we encountered them. Metro line number 3 is only a block away. The tram line which runs from Porte de Vincennes to Porte La Chapelle is only a few blocks away. Here is also a bus which runs to near the Louvre but we felt it would take longer than the metro so we didn't use it.
Christoph speaks English. Most of the shopkeepers have at least some English but it will be easier for you if you have some French. There is a fine market twice a week (Wednesdays and Saturdays).
This is a comfortable, easy to use home in Paris -- far enough from the tourist center to let you relax but close enough by metro to let you easily visit the sites. We visit Paris quite often. We plan to stay at Christoph's apartment whenever we do.
Absolutely the only caveat: if you, like us, use an ATM to get cash for your trip, do not use the bank in the local square. We found out the hard way that they gouge you as much as the old bureaux de change did. There is a more than 6% additional charge. Instead, walk up toward Place Gambetta and use any of those banks instead.
We were a family of 5 adults and found the appartment to be very comfortable, the welcome from the hosts was excellent, they went over and above to ensure we were familiar with the area and mode of travel. We would definitely stay there again if we visit Paris and would have no hesitation in recommending this appartment for family and friends.
Christophe Rudiquet supplied us with everything we need for the first couple of days till we could go shopping everything was nice and neat when we came in. He was helpful with coming with me to find a place to park the car. The place is awesome it has everything you need while you are staying in Paris. This is in the Paris town so you can get a 5 day city pass for zones 1 through 3 for the metro. The restaurants around this place are good as well and are very reasonably priced. The Chinese restaurant right down the street is awesome. I can't wait to go back to Paris for an eating trip. Thanks for everything Christophe I hope to book again with you soon.
I give the apartment 5 stars, but I give Christophe 10 stars!! He was expecting us at about 10:30, and was still waiting for us at about 1:00 after we had a series of mishaps! The apartment is so cute and was very clean and neat. It is decorated beautifully without being cluttered. There is anything you would need for cooking. Christophe had stocked our fridge with breakfast items, sandwich items, croissants, bread, fruit, and wine! See why he gets 10 stars!!? He went totally above and beyond what we expected. The area has stores and restaurants yet the apartment is on a quiet street and very secure. The only possible negative could be that it is far east, but it is close to a metro so you can easily get to anywhere in Paris. Christophe is a class act. My only regret is not getting a picture because we were so busy talking every time he was around. He helped us with our problems and made sure we knew what we were doing. He even showed up to get us to the train station! Send me a picture, Christophe! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
I was feeling cautious when we booked this place but Christophe always responded quickly to questions I had and always made me feel that we would be comfortable in his flat. When we got there it was more than what I had expected. It was clean and very roomy. There were 5 of us in the flat and there was plenty of room. I would reccomend to all my friends visiting Paris to stay here. It was also close to transportation easy to get to tourist sights. He has all the things that you would need and more for a comfortable stay.
Christophe and his partner were fantastic.
We loved your place! we will be back.
It is a popular and dynamic area with a lot of small shops and a market of fruits and vegetables twice a week. This is the neighborhood of Edith Piaf and many other artists. We are close to the city center. It's nice to walk around, visit the Pere Lachaise cemetery, near. I am sure you will appreciate the great architectural diversity between buildings, houses.
The apartment is easily accessible from CDG and Orly airports, either by taxi or by bus or metro. For the train stations Gare de Lyon, Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord are all três nearby metro. The apartment really is 100m from the exit Place Edith Piaf 'of the Porte de Bagnolet.
