Michele contacted us and gave us a lot of useful information while we were in Rome and responded our questions in minutes. The apartment was comfortable and close to everything you need. The subway (metro) station is 8 min away and can take nearly anywhere across the city. We had a great time at this place and would recommend it to anyone who wants to avoid staying in the most touristy places.
We stayed for three weeks, but could have stayed longer. The location is great! There are many pasticerias, pizzerarias, gelaterias and fruit markets, all in this neighborhood. It's close to the metro and to the most useful bus route, #87. The place was clean and had everything we needed, even the basic food items: coffee, olive oil and vinegar, etc... The air conditioning was great, but the apartment stayed fairly cool, even without it. We couldn't be more happy with our choice and will definitely stay there again. The people are very nice to work with and helpful. The only thing we were in need of was more hangers. Overall it was molto bene!
Very nice and clean apartment in a very convenient location (5 minutes walk from A line metro stop and 5 stops from Termini) which was helpful as staying in Rome at an apartment which is not so well situated for transport can make things very difficult. Great facilities and decor in the apartment, very near to shops (Sma, Todis disconti) and excellent restaurants (Coccos pizza and Lucas) and nice owner who was more than happy to help. This apartment was everything we wanted and comes very highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.
I stayed here with my girlfriend for 4 nights and we loved our stay. 10 min walking to the metro and 15 min walking to the train to the airport. We went to the city center by walking twice, it´s a bit far, but we like to walk by foot and visit every corner, and we returned back home by metro on the end of the day.
Stayed here for a week and loved everything about it. It's in a great location being close to the metro train station, so you can get anywhere really quickly. We would definitely stay here again!
It was very easy to book the apartment with the owner who is very nice & accommodating. This little gem is newly restored and had everything we needed. It is in immaculate condition ! It even has a kitchen so we could have breakfast in the morning and cook some meals when we wanted to. Since Rome was our 1st stop of our Italian vacation it was nice to have a 'home' where we could get acclimated especially since we have two small kids. It was easy to arrive to the subway & wherever else we needed to be. I highly recommend it !!

About 12 min. you have “Tuscolana” railway station where you can catch the train to “Fiumicino” airport (35 min.).
The apartment is located in “Circonvallazione Appia” in Appia neighbourhood, which is a very central shopping area.
The bus stops (87-628) are very close.
