Charming, bright and comfortable pad to call 'home base'. Spacious, clean and open 2bd/1ba sleeps 4, conveniently located in Missoula's northside neighborhood close to downtown, local brewery, walking bridge to downtown, interstate and hospital. The home is approximate 972 sqft and has an a open kitchen/living room. There is a tall dining room table that seats 4 for dinners at home. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need from baking pans to blender, a large refrigerator, gas stove and spices and oils for any cooking needs. The bathroom has a large clawfoot tub for soaking, bubble bath provided, and a nice shower. There is a washer and dryer in the home with soap available for you to use. Both bedrooms connect to the bathroom, each with queen size beds with very comfortable linens and closets with custom shelving, plenty of room to unpack and settle in for your stay. Off the kitchen a small deck with table and chairs to enjoy the views of the north hills. A nice quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. There are a few bikes available to use with a lock which will be the same code as the door. I will consider a dog but with approval only.
Tons of natural light radiates in this cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath home

About Daphne Evans
Hi, my name is Daphne and I have been living in Missoula since 1988, originally from Montreal but spent 10 years in Florida before heading to Big Sky Country. I spent 4 years living in the home before meeting my soul mate Andy who I am now married to. We live up the Blackfoot River about 20 minutes from downtown Missoula and enjoy living in the woods with our three Great Pyrenees. I am real estate agent for Ink Realty Group and own a jewelry business with my sister Cindy called Daphne Lorna. While both jobs keep me busy, I always make sure to spend time skiing and hiking and taking advantage of all that Montana has to offer.
Daphne Evans purchased this House in 2005
Why Daphne Evans chose Northside
I've always had a passion for creating great comfortable spaces and this home was my first project. I spent about 6 months remodeling the home adding new windows, flooring, painting essentially transforming it into a cozy sweet home.
What makes this House unique
My favorite things about this home include the open floor plan which creates a great space to hang with friends and family, in addition to the amazing light that radiates through the home. It's nothing fancy and it's not huge but it has great energy and is very clean and comfortable.

So relaxing and perfect for your pet too
I enjoyed walkimNg the neighborhood and felt safe and secure. We were close enough to the college, the purpose of our visit and had parking for our college student to visit us as well.
Beautiful scenery, lovely drive to this location.
Need a Christopher Columbus navigation hat & detailed map to find the place.
Service to our GPS & mobile phone did not work in this area, so we were unable to connect our host for the needed intricate directions.
And if you have any concerns about this make sure you plan on arriving before dark. We were very fortunate to find a Neighbour about 5 miles away to lead us to the house.
The charm of this rustic farmhouse style abode overlooked any imperfections and was perfect for our family of four & 2 big dogs.
Loved it that kids couldn’t use their iPhones & resorted to playing dominos by the big burning wood fire.
A highlight was enjoying a coffee in the early morning while sitting on the back porch in the swinging chair, (for 2) feeling the cool air and awestruck by the Mountain View’s.
Make sure you take your wine/bottle opener and scissors, We improvised but those little things are a nuisance to be without.
Towels & beds were ample & odd condiments & misc foods left from others made for a caring & friendly feel of being welcomed, but make sure you pack all the foods you want and need if you don’t want to have to make a distanced run to the store. There is a Dollar store about 3 miles on the main road before the 237 turn off to get there.
The drive from there to Zion National Park was gorgeous and took a little over an hour. The entire stay (2 nights) was delightful and added to favorite memories
never to be forgotten.
Reasonably priced and very clean....
We were all pleased with the place. There was a lot of useful food in panty which we were welcomed to...Only contacted the host one time and she was there to answer our question...would return
Thanks for taking such great care of my home. Hope you enjoyed your Missoula stay.
Your Missoula home
Missoula is a fun, vibrant and exciting city so you need to stay close into town but still enjoy some quiet time to rest up from your adventures. That’s why I recommend you stay at this lovely home on the Northside.
Daphne is so accommodating. When I decided, at the last minute, to add an extra day onto my reservation she responded quickly to my request thereby allowing me more time in this beautiful city.
I’ve stayed at many different properties, I didn’t want to leave this one. I truly felt as if I were in my own home.
The kitchen is well supplied with all you will need to prepare your meals. The living room and dining area are bright and comfortable. Most important for me when I travel is a comfortable bed. I was not disappointed.
The neighborhood is quiet yet within easy walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants and some great distilleries.
Another huge plus is that dogs are allowed. I almost always travel with my furry travel buddy, so I’m appreciative of an owner that allows dogs.
Come visit Montana. Stay in Missoula and make this your base to explore all there is to see here and feel, as I did, that when you return here at the end of the day you’re coming home.
I will return to Missoula and I won’t stay any where else.
Great value close to downtown.
Very nice clean house close to downtown area. Hostess was very accommodating. Kitchen cupboards and fridge were well stocked. Very nice place to stay for the value.
Comfortable stay with plenty of space
This space is open, comfortable, and fabulous. The open concept of the kitchen is relaxing, having space to move around in the kitchen is always a plus. The living area is beautiful, comfortable, and the plants create a really relaxing living space. I spent my time at home relaxing in the leather chair while watching a movie before bed. The bedrooms were equipped with dressers, mirrors, fans, and very cozy beds. Plenty of towels were provided in the bathroom, which was also a spacious area. The bathtub is gorgeous, and I highly recommend a long soak with bubbles. I was working in Missoula for just shy of a week, and would definitely stay here again!
