The apartment has been recently construction and fully redecorated; it’s placed on a 3th floor, the last floor, in a building which is 2 kms to the promenade and to the beach.

This holiday home is special as it offers a very stylish decoration intended to make guests feel very comfortable and at the same time delighted by their eyes. The apartment is very bright and has a very spacious and modern distribution. Dining area which seats 6 people, and to a new kitchen, totally equipped, very functional.

You can dinner or lunch BBQ in terrace penthouse with views, so sunny , solarium.

Furniture is new or stylish restored in order to achieve an exclusive decoration. Mattresses are of high standard to assure a good sleep.

The two bathrooms are complete.

Bedrooms are big enough to host 6 people comfortable in beds or even 7 if a baby cot is requested.

The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms decorated with good taste.

In the price is included , lift, free wifi Internet and claim to guarantee the complete apartment can be kept cold/warm in summer/winter.

Great host, location, apartment, great roof terrac

When I come to Malaga again, I shall definitely stay at Aurelio apartment, it was easy to find, only twenty minutes walk from the train station and we were met by a lovely lady, Maria, partner of Aurelio. The apartment is on a fairly busy road with three bars very close by, but there was absolutely no noise. The location of the apartment was perfect, literally five to ten minutes walk to many attractions, cathedral, port, museums etc

The apartment was immaculately clean, almost spotless and everything you could possibly need from bathroom supplies, barbecue , tools and equipment as well as iron, hair drier, TV etc, there was nothing which hadn't been thought of.

Maria met us with a lovely home made Tortilla, and a bottle of wine, there was also cold water, butter, jams, tea and coffee.

The air conditioning was very welcome as temperatures touched 40c, but the apartment remained cool. The roof terrace was fantastic with , table and chairs and a great view of roofs Malaga.

Aurelio went out of his way to ensure our stay was memorable, all the information one could possibly want was available, plus if needed, he was available on the phone. Thanks Aurelio and Maria

Spacious, nicely decorated, well-equipped

The appartement was very comfortable for 3 couples, each having their own bedroom, and still a lot of space in the big combined sitting/dining room, with an integrated, very well equipped kitchen.

The views from the sunny big terrace and the BBq is very nice with the wonderfull weather.

The owner is very helpfull if any problem should occur. The neighbourhood is friendly, with several kinds of bars and restaurants. The beach is 20 minutes walking away, and it's easy and rather cheap to get to Malaga Centro walking. There is an underground public parking-lot, which we did not use.

We can highly recommend this appartment for a family or a group, but be aware that everything is so nice, clean and well-kept ...

Definitelly we will come back¡¡¡

Grossly misrepresented description

The apartment was clean and photos show rooms accurately, but many description aspects are inaccurate and misleading. The advertised air conditioning only applies to two bedrooms; the Lounge and Bedroom 3 have none. Bedroom 3 has no heating (with twin beds, not a double).

The ‘Balcony’ barely fits one chair. It overlooks the scruffy street location, with views of walls with graffiti. No one would want to sit there.

The ‘BBQ Terrace’ is a small roof space. To get to it means climbing a narrow, fragile, 3m (10 feet), almost vertical, aluminum loft ladder which has no handrail. It would be especially unsafe for children, or for anyone to carry plates, bottles etc up and down. 2 of the 4 attaching screws at the ladder top were not properly fitted; it is not attached at the bottom. To escape from fire people may fall onto the ceramic tiled floor. The terrace has electricity and is open to rain; hence cabling should be in waterproof fittings. A strange ‘floor lamp’ has indoor flexible mains cable running along the terrace floor; a potential deadly electrocution hazard if liquid is spilled. Bedroom 3 below the terrace also has suspect wiring: bedside lamps work only when the ceiling fan is on! Electrical work may not have been done by a certified electrician.

Both bathrooms are described as having “baths”, but the lower floor room only has a shower. Unless you have very short legs it’s impossible to sit on the toilet because it’s practically next to the tiny shower enclosure. In the Kitchen the special sink plug was missing; hence we were unable to effectively wash dishes.

“Amenities” are noted as: Garden and Parking. There is no garden at or near the property. The only parking is on nearby very crowded streets. I had to drop my family off and park 300m away. The Owners Direct website map shows the wrong location.

Take care if you contact Salome G. I asked for a “quotation for all costs.. as shown on the Owners Direct Website” for specific dates, 4 people, and 3 bedrooms. She offered “total quote amount” price; I agreed to this offer by email and paid the requested 35% deposit by Paypal. 4 days prior to arrival she added significant further charges for “Cleaning” and “Paypal commission”. My view was that the “all costs” contract agreement meant just that. I had to pay under duress as her colleague would not give us the keys when we arrived. I’ve never had a property where so many promised features were misrepresented.

Einen schönen Urlaub mit Freunden verbracht.

Zur Unterkunft, wir wurden von Aurelio empfangen der uns die Wohnung zeigte und uns die Schlüssel übergab, alles war in Ordnung und genau wie im Internet auf die Bilder zu sehen, alles war sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, würden auf jeden Fall nochmal da Urlaub machen und die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen, hat uns wirklich gefallen. Vielleicht bis bald ;-)

Très décu

Les propriétaires n'ont sans doute pas pris note des commentaires des clients précédents...

Il essaient toujours de faire payer des suppléments pour des prestations pourtant incluses.

Une odeur affreuse nous accueillait dans l'appartement. Les canalisations du deuxième étage sont restées bouchées pendant tout notre séjour faisant refluer les égouts dans la douche et les éviers. La baignoire était inutilisable sans inonder la salle de bain, et le bac de douche n'est pas étanche. Inondation garantie!

Les loueurs ont mis plusieurs jours a répondre, pour finalement passer sans prévenir, mais nous n'étions pas là...

Le problème et les odeurs sont restés, malgré nos sollicitations.

Les photos publicitaires sont jolies, mais les soins accordés au détail le sont moins. Ça sent le bricolage.

Je veux bien, mais quand l'échelle faite maison menant à la terrasse menace de s’effondrer de plus en plus à chaque passage, ça craint!

L'appartement est dans une petite rue sale, perpendiculaire à une grande artère de la ville.

N'y allez pas si vous voulez profiter de la plage!

Impossible de se parquer aux alentours sans tourner pendant 20 bonnes minutes....

Bref, nous n'y retournerons pas, et nous ne conseillons pas ce logement.
