180 m² - House contemporary architect - Open spaces

We built this house in this location because it is located due south and offers an exceptional 180 ° panorama, not overlooked, both in the town of Embrun and its fabulous cathedral, the ski resort Orres, and the Morgon and obviously on the lake Embrun and Serre Ponçon. Our home is a contemporary house architect house of 180 sqm, with large rooms, with floor to ceiling bay windows to enjoy the sun from morning to night and from the terrace. We also favored a magnificent 100 sqm south facing terrace to enjoy and live outdoors. The kitchen is open to the lounge, offering a living space of 70m², plus a TV room. You will feel at home here. In a quiet, it's a haven of peace.

The house is located near the city center and all amenities (1. 5kms). What is done very well on foot. We overlook the water and the Serre Ponçon. 1. We are also 9kms from the station, making access to our home easy.

The walks can be done both in the forest of Mount William, behind the house, or at Morgon (magnificent view at the top of the valley and the Ubaye valley) or to Orres. All water sports are practiced in Embrun. Also, cycling, mountain biking with a gigantic playground. Embrun also has good numbers of small restaurants and quality shops. We will be happy to direct you on what to do in the area, in person, when you arrive on site at home. We will be there to greet you.

Un coin de paradis

Cette maison vous donnera tout le confort d'une construction contemporaine : espace, luminosité et surtout une vue imprenable sur la montagne, le lac et le village.

Le village est accessible à pied et vous y trouverez quelques bons restaurants.

Cet endroit réunit les plaisirs de la montagne, des sports d'eau et du ski en hiver.

Le tout couronné par l'accueil chaleureux de Nathalie et Thierry.

Un endroit à recommander et où nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un petit paradis

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, dans un lieu offrant tout le confort d'une maison contemporaine. Les différentes terrasses donnent une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, le lac et le village. Un seul endroit qui réunit les plaisirs des sport d'eau, randonnées, balades en altitude, ski en hiver...

De nombreux restaurants se trouvent aux alentours.

Merci à Nathalie et Thierry pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, dès que possible.

Séjour magnifique

Le cadre exceptionnel qu'offre cette villa nous a permis de passer une dizaine de jours agréables et confortables.

Outre la vue imprenable et la superbe terrasse extérieure, c'est une villa spacieuse et moderne avec une organisation et un agencement très fonctionnel. Nous étions en famille et accompagnés d'amis et tout le monde a apprécié le lieu.

Par ailleurs les propriétaires sont accueillants et particulièrement agréables, ce qui complète l'ensemble des atouts qu'offrent cette location.

Excellent sejour

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette villa. La vue panoramique sur le lac ainsi que les montagnes environnantes depuis la terrasse et les chambres est magnifique (pas de vis à vis)

La villa est tres spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité (lac, ville d'Embrun, randonnée à partir de la villa)

Un grand merci aux proprietaires pour leur disponibilité et leur accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation !
