75m2 apartment with a magnificent terrace allowing an unforgettable holiday.

It has two newly redecorated bedrooms and a bathroom.

The dining room is ideal for four or six people has a sofa bed with brand CHAISELONGE stay.

The apartment has all the amenities that may be needed, and new kitchen appliances, air conditioning, marble floors, very modern furnishings and two parking spaces.

It is ideal for two couples with a child or for a family of 4 or 5 people, not too big but its terrace gives great extent, has a pergola and furnitures garden and two hammocks for sunbathing or reading in the afternoon .

The pool is a few meters from the house and in summer can give much play to children and in the summer times usually come second home owners to enjoy your break.

The driveway leads directly to the garden and parking rise making it even more comfortable.

The dimensions of the terrace allows endless barbecues and meals.

The beds and most of the furnishings are brand new.

Ultimately this property offers the possibility to enjoy as an ideal winter sun if at affordable prices to suit all budgets with a presentation of the very neat rooms with the aim of providing quality summer and not only an place to sleep.

Nos ha encantado, tanto el apartamento como la playa que está cerquita. La atención de Maripaz ha sido de lo mejor. Sin duda repetiremos... Han sido unas vacaciones fantásticas.

Hemos estado unos días de agosto en este apartamento, nos ha parecido muy cómodo y limpio

Lo mejor la Terraza ya que hemos pasado todas las noches en ella. La playa cercana es preciosa y hay un restaurante genial. Repetiremos sin duda. Muchas gracias por la atencion recibida

Bien conforme à l'annonce.

Très bon accueil.

Très belle piscine et une terrasse bien fournie.

Appartement également équipé d'une climatisation dans le salon et une des 2 chambre (toujours frais) et d'une place de parking en sous sol.

Quartier calme dans une ville bien vivante !

Appartement au calme

appartement très sympa avec 2 vraies chambres grand séjour. Grande piscine (17m de long!). Propriétaire très gentille. Accès à la mer facile (3mn en voiture). Place de parking privée en sous-terrain. Clim appréciable.

Un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel, parking privé, piscine collective,appartement propre, cuisine équipée micros ondes, frigo/congélateur, plaque vitro, des chambres avec de bon matelas, la climatisation, le wifi, une terrasse équipée d'une tonnelle avec un barbuc pour notre famille, un séjour vraiment sympa. Ne pas hésiter.

Located in the prestigious resort of Torrequebrada, 1000metros beach, near golf Torrquebrada DelCampo and not the marina near Benalmadena 'Puerto Marina'. In the vicinity there are bars restaurants, burger king, supermarkets which can be reached on foot but although it is advisable to drive. The complex is situated about 400m from the bus stop and taxi.

The area is close to shopping areas in Fuengirola, Arroyo de la Miel, a coastal village visited by European citizens and also offers other sports such as horse riding, diving and water skiing.

When meeting a short distance Torrequebrada casino and Puerto Marina can enjoy the night life at the large number of restaurants, and local existing leisure

Other Activities: gastronomy

Golf: Golf is the sport of the Costa del Sol or, as some have baptized the Costa del Golf. In Benalmádena, and its neighboring towns, we have nearly a dozen golf class for you to practice your favorite sport during your stay in Benalmádena.

Towns like Alhaurín de la Torre, Mijas, Torremolinos, Fuengirola and Benalmadena it will enable him to play golf on the Costa del Sol.

Golf courses that are designed, among others, by Robert Trent Jones or Severiano Ballesteros and offering the best routes to take some good sticks.

The vivenda is bordering the Torrequebrada golf course and overlooking the sea, visitors can walk to both sites.

Also the location is good to go for a day of skiing at Sierra Nevada which is 130km and is one of the best in Spain, contrast beach, golf and ski make the place one of the best holiday destinations in Spain .

Only 10 min drive from the house, large shopping mall with over 20 cinemas (also in original version), great choice of restaurants and tapas places, bowling and many shops. Surroundings: - Tivoli amusement park with a cable car a beauty spot high level. - Torremolinos Aqua Park. - Crocodile Park in Torremolinos. In the port of Benalmadena can enjoy boat ride watching the dolphins in the area.

Ronda: In less than two hours of travel we Ronda, dreamy poets, artists and travelers from around the world city.
