The Coconut Cottages on Holmes Beach are the perfect escape for couples and families. Unit 3 features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully functional kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and plenty of cabinet space. The cozy living room is a perfect place to lounge after a great day at the beach. The Master Suite features a plush king sized bed and a master bath. There are two twin beds in the second bedroom, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for 2 additional people, to sleep a total of 6 guests in the unit. The cottage has been masterfully designed and decorated with nautical furnishings throughout.
Relax, dine, drink, and play by the dazzling tropically-landscaped private pool. The pool even features a swim-up tiki table, where you can sip on tropical cocktails in your own private paradise.
Have a large family or group? The Coconut Cottages are perfect for weddings, family reunions, or any group of friends that want to vacation close to one another, but still retain some privacy. Why waste money on a small and stuffy hotel room when you can spread out, relax, and enjoy an entire cottage all to yourself? Rent all 4 units and accommodate up to 30 guests!
What To Expect From Your Vacation At The Coconut Cottages
Grab the provided beach towels and stroll across the street to the amazing Manatee Public Beach where you can often spot the dolphins jumping out of the calm turquoise waters in the mornings. The public beach has a store with beach paraphernalia available for purchase such as swimsuits, coverups, hats, sunglasses, and tchotchkes. The public beach also offers beach rentals, a cafe that features all-you-can-eat pancake breakfasts, and a tiki bar for sunset cocktails. Head back over in the evenings to enjoy live entertainment and the famous sunset drum circle (on Fridays).
Rent a bike or golf cart to explore the island’s many hidden gems and watering holes. Spend a leisurely afternoon shopping on Pine Street. There is so much to see and do when you vacation on Anna Maria Island, you will never want to leave.
Parking: There are two parking spots available per unit. If you will have more than two cars, please inquire before booking.
**Please Note: The cleaning fee includes cleaning, linens (bed sheet, bath towels, beach towels), admin fee, and property damage protection of up to $500 of accidental damage.**
PET POLICY - This home is pet friendly! Our rules and restrictions are as follows:
Pets (dogs only, anything else must be approved) are allowed under certain conditions and must be approved prior to arrival. A $100 pet fee plus 12% tax is required for extra cleaning. There is a limit of 2 pets max, with a combined total weight limit of 50 lbs.
No dangerous breeds will be accepted. Owner(s) of the animals are responsible for any damage, property damage, medical expenses, and/or excess cleaning that occurs due to the pet.
“Dangerous breed” is defined as:
Any purebred or crossbred dog comprised of any of the following breeds:
• Pit Bull-type,
• German Shepherd,
• Husky-type (including Siberian breeds),
• Doberman Pinscher,
• Chow Chow,
• Any Wolf-dog hybrid, or
• Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone where the injury required medical attention, or where any insured or any tenant, guest or visitor of the insured knew that a dog was potentially dangerous.
**CANCELLATION POLICY --
NO refunds will be made for canceled reservations unless AMI Locals is able to re-rent the accommodation for the same period of time for the same rental amount. If AMI Locals is able to re-rent the property at no loss to AMI Locals, a full refund will be issued minus the nonrefundable $100.00 administrative fee, taxes, and any discounts or expenses required to re-rent the property. If AMI Locals is able re-rent the home for a portion of the cancelled stay, or for a reduced amount or portion of the original rental fee, the guest will be refunded for the re-rented days or the reduced amount only, minus the nonrefundable $100.00 administrative fee, taxes, and any discounts or expenses required to rent the property.
AMI Locals does not make any representation or guarantee that AMI Locals will be able to re-rent the property for what was originally paid by the guests. Guests covered under the travel insurance recommended by AMI Locals (CSA), may be exempt from this loss if the reason for cancellation is covered under the policy. The travel insurance fee is non-refundable.
If guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit after the final payment due date, normal cancellation penalties apply, whether travel insurance was purchased or not. If guest shortens their stay resulting in an early departure after they have checked in, no refunds will be provided for the nights not used. If a non-arrival, late arrival, early departure, cancellation or alteration results in a loss of revenue to AMI Locals, it will be charged. The loss can be avoided if the recommended travel insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. In the event of an Act of God such as adverse weather, tornadoes, fire, lightning strikes, etc., the management and owners are not responsible for any refunds from monies which have been paid to AMI Locals, or for providing lodging elsewhere. AMI Locals reserves the right to cancel any reservation subject to issuing a full refund.
