2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments with mountain views. Shared swimming pool.

We have TWO first floor apartments available for rental, located in the prestigious Marbella Hill View an area designated by UNESCO as a world biosphere reserve. Set among cork groves and beautifully laid out gardens this is the perfect destination for those wanting a peaceful holiday to relax whilst looking at the breathtaking views across the mountains.

The urbanisation has FREE use of the El Soto Golf & Leisure which offers a restaurant, large terrace, bar, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, tennis courts and a beautiful 9 hole par 3 golf course. The club house offers many different entertainment functions throughout the year for the whole family.

These very well equipped apartments (positioned together numbers 1 & 4) have been finished to a very high specification in a contemporary and high quality style. There is hot & cold A/C, marble floors throughout and two bathrooms. In Apartment 1, the master suite has a large double-bed (Apartment 4 has a large king size double-bed) and includes a jacuzzi bath, bidet, shower over the bath, fully fitted kitchen, utility room, secure underground parking, WiFi & Smart UK TV channels including direct internet access, games and other attractive applications. There are also available two single blow-up beds which would increase the maximum occupancy to 6. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Bed linen and bath and beach towels are provided. There is a sun terrace, with dining for 6 persons, and amazing views. Apartment 4 has an additional upper sun terrace with 4 sun loungers and further spectacular views, including a glimpse of the sea!

The living room is spacious and light and furnished in a high quality contemporary style. The indoor eating area has a table with 6 leather chairs. The seating area has a large leather corner sofa with 42' widescreen Smart TV which receives UK TV channels. The apartments overlook an attractive garden, with an adult and children swimming pool and play area. Also there is a Padel court (rackets and balls provided).

The apartments are available for rental any day of the week, from Monday to Sunday, which avoids expensive weekend flights. We are flexible when you want to start, and end, your holiday rental with us!

The apartments are situated just a few minutes drive from the beautiful Elviria Beach which has soft white sand, sunloungers, bars, and restaurants. The entrance in to the Sea is shallow which is safe for younger children.

Spacious hillside apartment.

Our apartment was just as described, clean, spacious, the vista was amazing and ideal for a quiet week away with our family, which included our 7 month old grand daughter. Keith had a cot ready and waiting for us and, after contacting him, brought us a high chair immediately.

Keith was always very prompt with replies to any queries we had before we left the UK and easily contactable if we had any problems whilst staying at the apartment.

Needless to say most of our meals were in house but we did venture out twice. Once to a very nice restaurant on the way to the beach, over the A7 , called The Elviria , quite expensive but well worth it, for a special occasion. The Golf club restaurant was our other outing. They get quite busy so it is necessary to book, however, we ate early in the evening after booking that same afternoon. The restaurant has a lovely terrace, was very good value and extremely welcoming.

Our main activities were swimming, the children's pool was much enjoyed by our little granddaughter. There were plenty on sun loungers and shade was provided by fixed natural umbrellas. We (the grandparents) did do a bit of walking, mainly to see if the local restaurants were within easy walking distance. The area is quite hilly so we decided that the car was the best option.

We would definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family. A car is a necessity though, as the nearest supermarket is back In Elviria.

Overall it was a great place to relax.

Perfect holiday destination

I visited Marbella all the way from New Zealand and I had the most wonderful and relaxing experience.

The views from the balcony are just breathtaking! From the morning sunrise to stargazing at night time, this never grew old!

Despite the apartment being up in the hills there are so many activities to do and beautiful places to eat within walking distance of the apartment.

The place and the complex really is beautiful and well looked after. A must visit when in Marbella.

Wonderful location with stunning views

What a wonderful holiday! Absolutely beautiful apartment which was well equiped with absolutely everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to Elvira where there are a good selection of restaurants and shops, but still peaceful and calm up in the hills. The view from the balcony is breathtaking with views across the whole valley and over to mijas. The gardens and pool are both well looked after and beautiful beaches are only a short drive away! All in all this made for an absolutely wonderful week away in the sun, would definitely recommend to anyone!!

Beautiful location with stunning views

What a wonderful holiday! Absolutely beautiful modern apartment equiped with everything we needed. The location is a perfect distance away from Elvira that the apartment is calm and peaceful yet still close to the town where there is a wonderful selection of shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony is breath taking, with views which stretch across the whole valley and over to Mijas. The gardens and pool were superbly looked after and the beach just a short drive away which made for a perfect relaxing holiday in the sun! Will definitely be returning again soon!!

When we arrived in Elviria we were met by Keith who took us up to the apartment and proceeded to give us the grand tour and explained everything in detail with the air con and various other appliances.

The apartment Is beautiful and in pristine condition.

The best part was yet to come when we went outside the views from the balcony are stunning out of this world.

There are plenty of places to eat and drink some are very reasonably priced and then you have the high end restraunts plenty to suit everyone.

We will definitely return in the near future and will be recommending this to friends and family.

Thank you to Keith for all his help during our stay.

Fantastic, relaxing holiday

We have had the most relaxing holiday here. The apartment was fantastic - clean and very well appointed. The views from the apartment were great and coming through to the living room every morning and throwing open the patio doors was an absolute delight.

Keith met us in Elveria when we arrived ,at almost midnight, and showed us to the apartment. He couldn't have been more helpful.

The local area has everything you need for a perfect holiday - lovely food, good bars - just bliss really!

We would thoroughly recommend this apartment - it has everything you need and more. We'd love to revisit. Very happy customers - thank you! 😀😀

Elviria is a small community fast developing as one of the most prestigious addresses in the Marbella area and only 30 mins from the airport! Visit the old town of Marbella (10 kms) & enjoy a meal or drink in famous Orange Square which is only 15 minutes drive away from the apartments.

Visit Granada to see the Alhambra Palace which is a famous fortress & monument of arabic architecture. Visit Sevilla, Ronda, Córdoba, Puerto Bánus, Jerez or Cádiz to name a few. Andalucia is a BIG region with a little of everything, from towering mountains to sandy beaches, true desert, to lush wetland, and picturesque villages, to historic cities. Whether you want to get away from it all, or be in the centre of the things, there´s somewhere to suit everyone here!

Shopping excursions to Gibraltar or City of Málaga. Visit Tarifa the windiest place in Spain for lots of activities including wind & sea-surfing & many different water sports to enjoy. Visit typical white Andalucian villages of Mijas Pueblo or Nerja and many, many others.

There are around 10 golf courses very close by for example: La Cala Golf which is only 2 minutes drive away where you will find 3 X 18 golf courses, Greenlife Golf set in the Elviria Hills, Santa Maria & Santa Clara golf courses & the famous Marbella Golf & Country Club.

Elviria beach is about 7 kms drive or 5+ minutes by car. The famous Nikki Beach is next to Elviria beach which is around 7.5 kms from the apartments.

Also there are easy excursions to Tangiers in Morocco by ferry from Algerciras or Tarrifa (crossing time is 35 minutes).

Ski: The Sierra Navada mountains in Granada is only 1.5 hours drive away. It is possible to be on the beach in the morning & be skiing the slopes in the afternoon during some months of the year.

The old town of Marbella is absolutely charming. The streets are narrow and cobbled, with chic boutiques and local cafés side by side. At the heart of the Old Town known as 'El Casco Antiguo' lies the Orange Square, which is also where the tourist office is ready to give you maps and information. Cross the road from the Alameda Park fountain and walk through the Orange Square past the old castle wall and into the impressive Cathedral. The Old Town is perfect for shopping and relaxing in the many cafés, restaurants and bars. This was the only shopping centre in Marbella 10 years ago before El Corte Inglés and the ultra modern La Cañada shopping centre arrived. You will find real hand made clothing and jewellery in the boutiques around the Old Town.

25% on reservation. The balance is payable 4 weeks before the rental commencement, payable in Euros, by BACS, direct in to our Spanish bank account.
