Townhouse with 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, near Puerto Banus and Marbella

We value personal contact with guests in our house, so take up the first contact on suds via mail or phone. We give you all possible information about renting our home.

Directly on the ALOHA GOLF COURSE at Marbella is this beautiful house, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and upstairs living room with fireplace and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace of 40 m2 overlooking the golf course, La Concha mountain and the swimming pool of the community.

The beach is 3 km, as well as Puerto Banus with lots of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The old town of Marbella is about 10 km.

LAYOUT before entering the apartment you have the front terrace and garden-which is west facing with a small table and four chairs to enjoy the afternoon sun. Entrance hall, kitchen to the left, living room ahead with 2 sofas and fireplace (gas) Which leads out to the large (40 m2) east facing terrace. Terrace HAS eating for 6 people and a lounge set. In the living room there is a high raised bar seating 4 people. Going down the stairs offers 2 bedrooms, bathroom / toilet with shower and master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with toilet and bath. Both bedrooms have access out to the small garden with 2 sun beds.

We have TV with international channels such as BBC and the Dutch channels NPO, RTL, SBS and Flemish channels etc

Nearest supermarket is about 800 meters and is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

1 1/2 km is greater (Mercadona) supermarket

Fantastic stay. Really very nice house in lovely location, close to everything (Puerto Banus, Old Marbella, etc.). Owner very attentive and always in touch with us. When back in Marbella it will be our spot for sure.

Ideal location for golfers!

A very good accommodation in the golf valley of Marbella, close to great golf courses, restuarants. Shops for groceries are up close. Large department stores are in Purto Banus which is 5 minutes by car. Car is necessary to have to get around quickly and smoothly.

The house corresponds to the description and everything is working very well.

Can absolutely recommend this accommodation for an enjoyable holiday, especially for golfers.

Fantastisch!

Een superhuis op een fantastische locatie. 's Avonds op het terras zitten met een koud glas witte wijn, wat vlees op de grill en genieten van de rust om je heen en het prachtige uitzicht. Wat voel je je dan rijk!

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en he park wordt heel goed onderhouden. Wij voelden ons echt thuis en zeker niet op een of ander vakantiepark met hordes vakantiegangers.

Ook onze dochter (17) had het prima naar de zin want 's avonds ging ze voor 8 euro met de taxi naar Puerto Banus (de uitgaansgelegenheid van Marbella) waar ze zich prima vermaakte.

Voor het strand gingen wij meestal naar San Pedro, lekker rustig en gratis parkeren (waar je in Puerto Banus ca EUR 4/uur moet betalen). Je hebt overigens wel een auto nodig om optimaal te genieten van de omgeving! Wij hebben tripjes gemaakt naar Ronda, Gibraltar, Marbella, Malaga en Estepona). Sevilla en Granada liggen op 2 uur rijden en hadden we ook op het programma, maar gelet op de temperaturen daar (achter in de 30 graden) bewaren we dat (net als het golfen) voor een volgende keer in mei! Want terugkomen gaan we zeker doen!

Ook het directe contact met de eigenaren (R&M) was heel erg plezierig. Een betere service kan je niet wensen.

Kortom dit huis is een absolute aanrader!

Top huisje vlak bij Puerto Banus!

Een belofte waarmaken dat telt zeker voor dit huis. Ook in de winter, waar de nachten koud zijn, het vroeg donker is en de zon niet altijd straalt. Binnen is het super gezellig, met de haard, de goede verwarming en de kaarsjes aan. Aan de voorkant van het huisje zit je uit de wind en dat was fijn in deze tijd van het jaar.

De uitgebreide instructies van de eigenaar zijn uitstekend. Het is even uitzoeken wat de elektriciteit aan kan. Dus niet alles tegelijk aanzetten. Het enige wat binnen ontbreekt is een grote eettafel. Er is een soort verhoogde bartafel. Daar en tegen zijn de banken zo fijn, dat 's avonds eten met een bord op schoot geen probleem is. Wij hebben genoten en komen graag terug!

Magnífica casa al lado de Puerto Banús

Hemos pasado las navidades en esta casa y la estancia ha sido muy agradable. La casa está muy bien equipada con dos plantas. Es muy confortable con una gran terraza. El único inconveniente es la falta de una mesa de comedor más grande para poder comer con mayor comodidad. Está ubicada en una urbanización muy tranquila en las fechas que hemos estado, al lado de un campo de golf. Los dueños han estado muy atentos a pesar de estar en Holanda.

En conclusión es una casa muy recomendable y esperamos volver algún día.

The perfect holiday destination, whether you like sunbathing, golf, swimming pool or the sea, or just enjoy good food and drink and entertainment.

Puerto Banus offers a choice of sandy beaches complete with water sports and beach bars. There are a fine selection of cafes and restaurants nearby. Marbella old town (6 kilometers away) boasts a wealth of shops and restaurants. San Pedro offers quaint little shops and cafes in the old town with a real Spanish feel and is definitely worth a visit. Gibraltar is only 56 kilometers by highway with duty free shopping, mischievous monkeys, and breathtaking views.

Our house is situated in the middle of the Golf Valley, with close to three of the most renowned glofbane of the costa; Aloha Golf, Las Brisas and Los Naranjos.

There are several supermarkets within walking distance. The closest is Opencor (open 08: 00-02: 00 365 days a year.

Eating and shopping :. When it comes to eating out you will be spoiled for choice. Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese, American and Argentine. Something for everyone and prices to suit all budgets. You can dance the night away or relax watching go into an intimate piano bar or just life in a trendy cafe on the sidewalk.
