I am 45 years old, have wife Anna and two daughters 15 and 6 years old. I love off-piste skiing, windsurfing and scuba diving but foremost my leisure time with family.
This house in Estepona is a bit of pension/retirement plan and a lot of pleasure - we love to come over whenever we can - we put a lot of time into making this place better and better for our guests.

We once visited the nearby Kempinsky hotel and got so in love and impressed with the area that we decided that we want to buy something here for vacation and retirement. When house in Urbanizacion Garden Beach come out on the market we did not think for long - it is fantastically positioned in first line, adjacent to sea urbanization, very spacious and comfortable with private garden, sun roof with barbecue area and underground garage.
We modernized house by completely replacing the air-conditioning, putting the new roof, removing the so called 'splash tube' which is not really usable and replacing it with spacious 4 people Jacuzzi.
Home is also equipped with two sets of garden furnitures, sun umbrellas and sun beds on the roof.
Everything is prepared with an top comfort for one bigger or maybe two smaller families in mind.
Every guest so far was very, very satisfied.
Untill recently house was rented for few years by Novasol.com but I decided to cut the intermediary and pass the 20% of total rent price savings to guests!

Situated next door to the luxury Kempinski and Mar Azul Hotels, this secure gated complex has a pool, children's pool, gardens, restaurant, and a gymnasium. There is easy access to the beach. The new beachside designer shopping & restaurant complex of Laguna Village is only a short walk away and Estepona is also within easy reach. Casares Golf, with its restaurant and clubhouse, is about 15 km drive away from the property. This townhouse has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cloak room and comfortably sleeps 6 people. The lounge dining area opens onto a lovely private terrace and garden. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king size and full en suite bathroom. The master bedroom and the second bedroom have a joint terrace overlooking the private garden. The second and third bedroom both have twin beds. The property has a large roof sun terrace with private spa bath and built-in barbecue. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the house includes a private garage and basement storage area.
Absolutely loved the property. It was spacious and light and comfortable to stay in. Also clean. Came with my Parents and three children including my young Son who was 8 months old at the time, and we all loved it.
Really close (walking distance) to the Kempinski Hotel where we were attending a wedding, so really convenient! Just what we needed.
Would recommend this place to anyone for a short or longer stay. Place is really quiet and felt safe. Locals really friendly and places to shop for food near by. The owner was really helpful and was contactable for the duration of our stay.

The house is very big and with all amenities. Jacuzzi at the terrace is wonderfull, escecially at night. Furthermore house have direct path to the community swimming pool.
Bad points are nearest beach (little and with stones) and the steps in the house. If you want to have lunch or dinner at terrace you will be upset with the steps up and down.
We were very pleased the standard of accomodation. It was clean and the kitchen had great facilities. The space allowed us to enjoy some time "out" (essential with 3 teenagers!). The hot tub was lovely and clean also. Buses were easy to use and taxis were efficient. The location was peaseful and we felt safe with the security system. We appreciated the keys being delivered to Estepona as we didnt have a car. Fantastic property, great location.

5 fantastico l ultimo piano con annesso jacuzzi e Barbecue,, rendono romantiche le serate di coppia.

Our family of 7 stayed in this wonderfully appointed vacation home and had a WONDERFUL time!! The home is clean, well maintained, and the pictures do not do it justice. The owner himself and the agency he uses to transfer keys are extremely helpful and kind. We loved easy access to the beach as well as the cute town of Estepona itself, but also a perfect place to stay for day excursions all throughout the region of Andalucía. Highly recommend driving to the mountain town of Ronda! Would highly recommend this home for family vacation or romantic couples getaway!!
Estepona Garden Beach Urbanization is a quiet beautifully landscaped neighbourhood at the sea shore with its own access directly to the beach. Communal pool, children splash pool, gym and restaurant are also available for its guests.
The property is situated next to the five star Kempinsky Hotel with stunning restaurants and splendid Laguna Village with its day spa's and restaurants. All options starting from quiet sun bathing at the home beach almost alone up to the few different posh and classy beach clubs at Laguna Village are available within short and pleasant walk or just few minutes of drive.
Estepona is a very pleasant traditional town 25 km west of Marbella, with a long seafront promenade. It features fishermen harbor and recreational/sport marina. Area is famous for its wide sandy beaches and atractions including dolphin watching, snorkeling, sailing.
Golf: The Costa Del Sol is also know as 'Costa Del Golf' .There is an abundance of different golf courses in the area -you may try a different course every day and not travel more than 30 min to do it. There is a huge range of courses to suit all abilities and of course some fantastic club houses, many of whom feature evening attractions.
