This high quality and modern ideally located apartment has two bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 persons. It features a nice living area with an open plan kitchen, a master double bedroom and a children bedroom with four beds (including two bunk beds). It is situated at the foot of the world famous Grands Montets Ski Resort, in the heart of the Chamonix Valley.

From the balcony, one can enjoys the superb views directly onto Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi and the Argentière Glacier. It is close to all amenities (Argentière village has a variety of shops, ski rental shops, restaurants, and even a nursery) for your complete comfort and convenience. And just short drive from city of Chamonix.

In winter, it is the perfect skier's gateway to some of the world's greatest skiing resort with pisted and off-piste runs at a high altitude (3’300 meters) and guaranteed exceptional snow.

Les grands montets offers the best ski possible for all levels and have a ski school conveniently located at the base of the ski lift. Chamonix/ Argentière is also worldwide known for its extended network of cross-country ski runs (accessible at the foot of the building).

In summer it provides a fantastic base for hiking and climbing and a great opportunity to meet the local wildlife (chamois, ibex, and so on). Chamonix area is also well know for mountain biking .

Upon arrival guests are welcomed and taken care of by our professional partner in Chamonix. They will receive a complementary brochure with all useful info for having the beat possible holidays (summer or winter brochure).

About Owner/Manager

We are a Swiss family of mountain lovers. We love ski touring, cross country skiing, high altitude ski and are huge fan of Grands Montets ski runs. This is why we bought this fantastic apartment. Our three children are all under 6 years old, but two out of three are already good skiers. We hope you will enjoy Chamonix mountains as much as we do!

Why Owner/Manager chose Argentière

Being from Geneva, we went several times skiing in Chamonix. One day a good friend told us to try Les Grands Montets, that it was far better, less crowded with better snow and amazing off piste possibilities. We tried and fell instantly in love. Ever since this first experience we only skied there and kept looking for an apartment to buy. Our dream came true a few months ago.

What makes this apartment unique

This apartment was a true love at first sight because of its ideal location just a few steps away from the Grands Montets lift. It is also a gem because of its amazing view on the Mont Blanc and the Glacier d'Argentière. Walking in Argentière is also pure pleasure as this picturesque village still has a lovely historical aspect with old chalets and a wonderful baroque church.

Tremendously long slopes, skiing through the trees, free ride and off-piste, beginners slopes : an infinite number of possibilities for snow riders and mountain lovers alike. Les Grands Montets is one of the best ski resort of Chamonix Area. The pistes are spread over three slopes - the Argentière glacier, Lognan and the Pendant which also offer magnificent off-piste, known throughout the world and essential for free-riders. The quality of the snow coverage is remarkable up until May.
