Casa Palacio near the Cathedral

Duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 5 guests. It is located in the very heart of the historic centre, close to the city Hall and 5 minutes walking from the Cathedral. The apartment forms part of a 'casa palacio' set around a majestic courtyard. Marble flooring, central fountain, columns and ceramic tiles.

The interiors are modern and perfectly integrated with the Sevillian Regionalist architecture of the building.

The apartment is set on 2 levels. On the lower floor is the living room with 2 sofas, TV, dining table and chairs. Three windows look out to the courtyard of the house.

The kitchen, with a separate entrance, is equipped with all utensils and main appliances: oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

From the living room, stairs lead up to the upper level with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom 2 has a single bed and bedroom 3 twin beds. All rooms have a fitted wardrobe and windows to the courtyard of the building - making it a calm and quiet place to sleep.

There is a second bathroom available with shower.

NOTE: The access to the upper floor apartment is by a steep stairway - not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Great location! New apartment.

Great location for proximity to major tourist sites yet a feeling of being a part of the city. Quite new and clean. Well stocked small kitchen. Dining area too limited to be practical. Good internet. Small tv with all shows in Spanish.

Great location in a beautiful building

As I stated great location. The apartment has all the amenities and is quite beautiful. There is even a rooftop deck with amazing views. The master bedroom's bed is very comfortable but my friends stated that two of the other beds were not so comfortable. The apartment was very clean but could use some minor maintenance. Light covers were missing, the towel rack in the main shower room was broke, a shelf above one of the beds leaned precariously and all the recessed lights did not work. Overall I would rent here again. The staff that met us were very friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions for restaurants around the city. The kitchen was well equiped, large fridge and working washing machine. Again the location was perfect, the street was quiet but you could easily hear the other building occupants. I think that is just a result of the building design with the small interior courtyard.

Wonderful property in perfect location!

This apartment was perfect! The location is amazing! You are literally a 1 minute walk to the cathedral, Real Alcazar and all the restaurants and shops! We walked everywhere!

The apartment itself is in an adorable building with a beautiful courtyard! Joa let us in and showed us around and gave us tons of recommendations! The owners were always available by phone or text and even let us do a late check out at 3pm since our train didnt leave until 4pm.

The apartment has everything you would need except for a coffee maker but there are tons of coffee shops around for that! The rooms were a good size and were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and we would definiteyl stay here again in the future!

Pajaritos 3 is located in the historic centre of Seville, just few steps away from the Cathedral.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of the city. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.

The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.

Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.
