Enjoying a privileged position right opposite the Giralda, "Catedral Terrace" is a wonderful vacation rental town-house with a split-level terrace giving views of Seville's iconic tower. The house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Suitable for up to 8-9 guests.
Refurbished to a superior standard while respectful of the original architecture, the house combines modern elements with traditional features of Sevillian craftsmanship such as carved wooden doors, wrought ironwork and ceramic tilework.
The ground floor has a patio with a seating area and a tiled fountain. Just off the patio is a bedroom with two beds -one stored underneath the other, a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.
The well-equipped modern kitchen and living room are on the first floor. The living room is extremely spacious with plenty of seating and includes a dining table. A traditional Sevillian cierro window lets in plenty of light and looks out towards the Cathedral.
There are two double bedrooms on the second floor, both with en-suite bathrooms. On the third floor is the fourth bedroom, also a double, and a separate bathroom.
Access to the terraces is from the third floor. Wrought iron circular stairs lead from the lower to the upper two terraces. The lower and top terrace both have seating and a table - perfect for enjoying an unrivalled view of the Cathedral and Giralda tower.

This place is awesome. ...But to be helpful, let me give the good and the bad:
Good: The location is superb. The view from the roof-top terrace is unbelievable. The interior of this apartment is lovely--very well decorated. The bathrooms, in particular, are very nice, with nice tile work and are very clean. The main living room is large, with big beautiful windows, and is a great room. The kitchen is quite small, though nice, and nicely designed. They get a lot out of a small space. The manager, Julia, is excellent: speaks perfect English (she's German), and is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The security (locks, etc) for the place is great (a little over-the-top, in fact). You feel very safe and secure.
Bad: The great central location and the proximity to the loud Cathedral bells makes it pretty noisy at night (though I think everywhere in the center of the action in Spain has this problem). If you have trouble dealing with noise at night, this will be a problem. The bathrooms are cramped. The top floor bathroom, in particular, is absurdly small (if they would have omitted the bidet, it would have been tolerable, but they didn't, so the bathroom is almost non-functional). Also, the top floor bathroom stinks because of improperly vented plumbing (a very unfortunate and easily avoidable problem that I've encountered a lot). The bedrooms are on the small side. The tall and narrow layout of the apartment has its pros and cons. I liked it, but I imagine some wouldn't want to always be going up and down by elevator or stair.
Overall: Excellent place. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!
Catedral Terrace is located in the very heart of the historic centre, right opposite the Giralda.
With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.
