This fully refurbished apartment is ideally situated between the heart of estepona and it's beautiful port. It comprises of 3 spacious bedrooms, modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a large lounge/diner. The apartment has a large balcony to the front and side which allows for stunning sea views of the med, vision of gibraltar / morocco and the recently landscaped promenade. The beach is minutes walk away which permits you to take the chairs provided to relax in and save on hire charges. Estepona has retained its customs and traditions whilst combining them with modern and tourist aspects. The square is a 5 minute walk with banks, shops, variety of restaurants and picturesque residences. The marina is less than 10 minutes walk and has a vast range of restaurants where you can sit and watch the boats or charter one yourself and get to see the dolphins. Fantastic markets are held both in the marina and estepona square and nearby supermarkets with a very large store 20 minutes walk.

Perfectly situated halfway between the Old Town and the Harbour

Estepona is a lovely town and the views from the apartment were stunning. The apartment was very roomy and it was nice to have a separate kitchen. In the kitchen, there was everything you would need and a plentiful stock of crockery and glasses. The bread shop is just round the corner with fresh baguettes available into the evening. There are two supermarkets and a butchers close by and several cafe/tapas bars (even in January!) Lydia, the key holder, knows just about everything, she has lived there for 13 years and her children go to school in the town,

The lovely beach, which is cleaned every day is just across the road. Although we didn't have children with us, there are lots of play areas on the lengthy seafront and climbing frames to entertain them, Estepona seems very child friendly, especially the Italian ice cream cafe in the Old Town!! If you don't have children, there are also lots of adult friendly places! We will certainly be going to Estepona again.

As you say, the apartment is ideally situated and my intention was to equip the apartment adequately to make it an easier and restful holiday. It is really relaxing to sit on the balcony, looking out to the beach and sea whilst having your breakfast or lunch in the sunshine. Estepona is a lovely town to visit with many other surrounding towns that their good and cost effective bus service will take you to should you not wish to hire a car. I am glad you enjoyed your stay in my apartment and would welcome you back anytime.

Neelum's apartment in Estepona is in a perfect location. Down the lift, cross the road and your on the beech, and a few minutes walk from the old town where there are lovely restaurants. Neelum is super fast at responding to messages which was great. Lydia is the point of contact in Estepona who meets you at arrival. Lydia was so helpful and even lent us her own baby bouncer as we were staying with our 11month old daughter. Lydia advised us where to get fresh cooked bread and even organised our return taxi back to Malaga.

We were unable to fault the service/ apartment and would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Estepona.

Amazing Apartment with great views

Where do I start! What an amazing place to stay, walk out of the apartment and turn left, and you reach the old town with lovely bars and shops. Go to the right, and you get to the beautiful Marina, with lovely places to eat. The beach is wonderful, sunbeds very cheap. Lovely and clean apartment with everything you could imagine that you needed. Lydia was very helpful with her knowledge of the town and places to visit. We took a bus ride to Gibraltar, this is a must visit, wonderful to see the Monkey's and lots of History on the Rock. Will definitely recommend the apartment to family and friends, and hopefully come back again. Its so central to all of your needs. Neelum

Of course, the sea views from the spacious balcony add to the charm of the apartment. If you look to the right, the Rock of Gibraltar can be seen. I agree that a visit to Gibraltar where duty free shopping can be done is a must. Visiting the Rock to see the monkeys is a fun experience. Estepona has a good bus service which is cost effective and gives you the freedom to visit other towns. I am fortunate to have Lydia close by to help when needed. She lives in Estepona, knows the area well and is willing to help as needed. It was a pleasure communicating with you and I would welcome you back if you wish to visit again.

A Room With A View!!!!!

This apartment is brilliant, well located for the old town and the port of beautiful Estopona, It has all and more to ensure a wonderful holiday, and with La Rada beach as a "front garden" positioning is the best you would likely ever want. Neelum's response to emails and questions was both quick and friendly. We where a family group of 2 parents and 4 teenagers and we found the apartment excellent in every way.

Falling Asleep and waking to the sound of the sea

This was our second stay at Neelum's wonderful apartment and when we walked through the lounge to the huge balcony I felt as though I'd come home.

The location is ideal for my elderly Mum as everything is so convenient from the local shops to the beach, churros a minutes walk away and wonderful restaurants.

Lydia is very welcoming and helpful though as we have been coming to Estepona for years we do know it very well and Neelum's apartment is a gem and the best one we have stayed in.

We will be back!!

As the block has 2 lifts and the apartments themselves have no stairs, it makes it easier for your mum to get about and enjoy her holiday as well. Estepona in February....

My husband and I spent a wonderful winter month in this apartment.

Neelum, the owner is attentive to our needs and very available in case something has to be done. Her "woman on the spot", Lydia, is also very helpful and charming. The apartment itself is a wonderful find! It is bright, very clean and well equipped with everything one might need. I highly recommend both the owner and the apartment to anyone who wishes to spend time in the area...

The apartment is a 2 minute walk to the La Rada beach with its golden sands and the Paseo Maritimo seafront walk. This runs for approximately 2 miles from the town through to the beautiful Marina. The beach has a lifeguard facility. Nearby is Playa del Cristo, a pretty little cove, ideal for children with its wooded area and sheltered position. Both of these beaches have been awarded the quality Q mark for cleanliness and health and environmental conditions.

Golfing is popular in the Costa Del Sol with many courses in Estepona itself and at least 40 courses dotted along the coastline, all within a short driving distance. The famous Valderama course is only 15 minutes away, others in the region include San Roque, Marbella, Atalaya, El Paraiso and Sontogrande to mention but a few.

Ski: The Sierra Nevada mountain range is approximately 2 hours away and is one of the highest mountain ranges in Europe. It is also the most southerly range providing a unique opportunity to ski and sunbathe on the same day. These ranges are suitable for skiers of all levels, including beginners.

Puerto Banus with it's bustling upmarket port is only 20 minutes drive.

Neighbouring Marbella with its large modern shopping area, traditional old town, port and beach is worth a visit.

The Rock of Gibraltar with it's apes and duty free shopping is approximately a 35 minute drive. Take your passport with you to cross the border where you will find many tour buses to enjoy the sights. You may also wish to take a ferry to Morocco.

Torremolinos sports a water/theme park and is 40 minutes drive.

Estepona has an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops and banks.
