Our apartment was completely refurbished for the 2014 ski season and is in a fantastic location, only 50 metres from the Super Chatel gondola and 100 metres from the shops/restaurants in the centre of the village. Despite being very central the apartment is in a quiet location, situated above the village centre and set back from a no through road.
Due to it's location, the L shaped sunny southwest facing balcony has magnificent views of the valley both left towards Linga and right towards Chapelle /Abondance.
The property comprises – entrance hall, spacious open plan living room with 42 inch TV, WIFI internet, Apple TV, dining area, and modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, induction hob/oven, coffee (Nespresso and Filter) and washing machines.
2 double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom/wc.
One of the bedrooms offers the option of 2 single beds or together as 1 King size (mattress zipps together). With a double sofa bed in the living area this apartment comfortably sleeps 6.
There are private parking spaces, but also a private garage is available for parking and/or for the storage of bikes. A cave is also available for ski/snowboard storage.
Richard’s property is situated 50 meters from the Super Chatel bubble, making getting up the mountain an effortless exercise. The use of a garage to store skies, is even closer. The views from the large lounge window across the valley is stunning and the accommodation generally is of a very high standard.
The apartment is ideally located close to the village and all its amenities. The views from the balcony are amazing. Just a short walk to the SuperChatel Gondala.

This apartment is all about position, being about 50m from the Super Chatel lift. However, it is also beautifully appointed, with modern fittings throughout and has obviously been recently refurbished with apple tv and a Nespresso machine in addition to the usual equipment. The bedrooms are tight, but that didn't bother us. The main living room is spacious and has a terrific view over the valley and town. We stayed here over half term and had various friends in the town, all envious of our position and the very short walk to the ski lift or bus station every day. The owners and manager were a delight to deal with, arranged lift passes and gave us lots of good tips for other services, such as transfers and restaurants. Great stay - thoroughly enjoyed it.
The apartment is located in an amazing location a short distance to the Super Châtel bubble and the village. It is well equipped, furnished and decorated to a high standard. Would not hesitate in renting this apartment again.
