Beautiful Spacious 3 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a beautiful Cannois building. Fully equipped and suitable for business or vacation rentals.

Located between the Croisette and Rue Antibes, it is ideally located to visit Cannes and the surrounding areas. Perfect for a city break or as a base to explore the sunny South of France (the main bus and train station are 2 minutes walk away).


There is an additional CLEANING AND UTILITY fee of €120 euros payable UPON ARRIVAL to my Property Manager will meet and greet you.

About Thady Nolan

Born in Ireland some generations ago, I moved to Nice as a computer engineer in April, 2002. Being a convivial barfly by night, I observed the Nice night life and quickly realised that something was lacking: A fully fledged Irish bar, without the clichés, but with wide screens for all sports fanatics, live music and a real Sunday roast on the menu. A good catholic boy, I decided to call the bar after my 'Ma' back home and the first Ma Nolan's opened in Vieux Nice in mid 2005.

Stunning, best apartment we have ever stayed in!!

This apartment is absolute heaven, it is so spacious and airy, pure luxury. We have stayed in Cannes every year for the past 8 years and this is the only apartment we have ever wanted to return to, and have already booked again for next year! The flat is a 5 minute walk to the beach and 3 mins to Rue D'Antibes, the market and supermarket. Jonny, who greeted us was so friendly and helpful and very accommodating. I cannot recommend this aparmtment more highly. It has everything you could possibly wish for, my two sons, aged 11 and 13 absolutely loved the apartment and the location!!!! Wonderful .......

A wonderful home from home.

This was our 2nd time to stay here, having stayed here with friends before..but this time we travelled with our kids (11,16yrs) and worked out just as well for a family break. The apartment is extremely modern, beautifully furnished and well maintained. Ideally located to everthing in not just Cannes but the South of France as it is just a few minutes walk to the train Station.

Even though the appartment is in a complex housing a fab Irish Pup MaNolans it is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, perfect for curling up for a break in between taking in the sights.

Staff are fantastic and ready to help with any query...mainly our own private tourist iffice for the week!

Will definitely be back.

This apartment was featured in the Irish Times so I was delighted to book it and had high expectations for the trip. These expectations were surpassed. The apartment itself is stunning, light, spacious and luxurious to the last detail but the location blew me away. You can see the red carpet from the living room window, beyond exciting, you are in the middle of everything going on, there is an exceptional Irish pub downstairs and it's a 2 minute walk from the station. This is really a perfect base for roaming around Cannes and taking in the rest of the Riviera.

Fantastic apartment, centrally-located

We first saw the apartment featured in the Irish Times and it lived up to our expectations. Extremely centrally located between the Croisette and Rue d'Antibes (the main shopping street) and a few minutes to the train station (which we used a lot to do day trips). The apartment is beautifully furnished with all modern facilities and we were well looked after from the moment of our arrival. We will be back!

Luxury and Comfort for Royalty

Modern, newly-renovated and well-located apartment. We stayed here for a congress this year and hope to again in 2016. Comfortable furnishings, high end fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen, flawless WiFi access. The apartment is exactly as shown on the listing, clean and well-maintained. It is within walking distance to everything - Rue d'Antibes, La Croisette, and the Palais, and in a safe location. John who looks after the apartment was extremely welcoming and very helpful, especially with advice on where to eat and things to do. Very convenient for Cannes and the surrounding area. Thank you for your care and attention and we would certainly like to return and have already recommended it to our family, Dermot & Alex

The location is perfect for a city break, or as a crash pad while exploring the Riviera. The train is a 2 minute walk and the line between St Tropez and Monaco ensures that all the beautiful sights of the Riviera are on your doorstep. The apartment itself is luxurious and comfortable. The buzz of the city is waiting for you to enjoy it, there are fresh produce markets, antiques stalls too, museums, galleries, live music events, amazing food and exceptional nightlife to enjoy. The list goes on. The film festival takes place in May, as does the Grand Prix (Monaco is just a short train ride away). Cannes is a City to be explored!
