Completed in 2007, this modern villa is the perfect retreat for anyone looking for a peaceful holiday with the family.
The upper floor comprises an open-plan living room and fully fitted exclusive kitchen with teppan yaki plate / ice machine / espresso coffee maker etc. Double doors open onto a large south facing terrace where you can relax and enjoy the light breeze coming through the valley, take a swim or fire up the BBQ. Al fresco dining on the terrace is a very special experience. And the total privacy ensures a secure and relaxing atmosphere.
A spiral staircase leads to the beautiful garden.
Four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with either walk-in rainshower or bath, are situated on the floor below. Three rooms contain super-kingsize beds and the other one has twin beds which can be made into kingsize if required. All room are very bright and have views into the valley or garden. There is plenty of storage for clothes in each bedroom.
Stairs from the bedroom level lead to the ground floor where the fifth bedroom (also with kingsize bed) with separate bathroom is. The children can go to watch TV (satellite and Sky) when they are tired of swimming in the lounge area. They can play their DVDs through the PS3 to a high quality HD projector and Bose surround sound system. So do not forget to bring yr favourite games / dvd's. A full size 'pub style' pooltable and table tennis table is also available here to make the experience complete. And make the villa the perfect getaway for every family.
The well maintained gardens make the villa complete offering a variaty of flowers and plants giving the occupant a real mediteranian experience. And directly at the back of the garden there is a gate leading towards the middle of the ninth hole of the Pollensa Golf course.
The villa has everything to make everyone's well deserved holiday into a unbelievable relaxing and peacefull experience, for the entire family. With very much privacy and space in the villa, so everyone can find his / her own spot.
This is a stunning house with beautiful views over the golf course. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely modern interior with spacious living space and well appointed bedrooms. The manager greeted us and left us a welcome pack. We had a lovely time. Thank you.

We hebben genoten van onze vakantie, in de omgeving veel vertier, maar het huis ligt heerlijk rustig.

The historic town of Pollensa is our nearest town and has numerous shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. As well as the historic church and the town square - where there is a fantastic open market on Sunday morning selling fresh fruit and vegetables and specialities from the area - Pollensa is well known for its Roman bridge and typical cobbled streets. It is a lively place in the summer, with tourists visiting from the surrounding areas and the local town of Puerto Pollensa.
El Noveno (meaning The Ninth) is situated on the edge of the of the Pollensa Golf Course, where we can arrange preferential rates during your stay should you wish. This is also the nearest restaurant and is well worth a visit for
coffee in the morning or a great lunch where you can admire the view right across the valley to the sea.

A breakages deposit of €600 is required - paid together with the
balance - to cover unforeseen situations. It will be returned within a week of your return date.
A welcome food pack containing some basics will be provided for you.
