Beautiful Condo with Great View

I am an Elite Member of the Villa/Garza Blanca Resorts. We started out by staying at la Estancia several years ago and purchased a time share. I wanted to use my points later this year and decided to stay here (again thru VRBO). We have found the condo owners take pride in property and this one is well maintained and a delight to stay in.

Amazing Family Vacation

We stayed at Villa La Estancia begining of May 2023 - great weather, great accommodations, great service & great communication. We had a blast at the pool, walked down the beach to swim in the ocean, took advantage of the pickle ball court's & a fun snorkle excursion with CaboBlue. The accomodations were as described & exceeded our expectations. Don was very helpful in suggesting transportation & answering our questions promptly. A 5 star host. We ate at all the onsite (Estancia, pal mar & arco) reataurants - great service & good food. The pool bar was a hit w/the teens & adult's alike - the staff is great & so attentive. A true 5 star experience. We hope to be back in the future & wouldn't stay anywhere elese, Villa La Estancia was fantastic. Thank you Don!!

Amazing property. Perfect location!!

Right on Medano beach one of the few swimmable beaches in Cabo. Resort is high end clean and safe. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. No loud spring breakers. More family’s. Our condo was clean, well equipped. Amazing views. Our 2 teenage sons actually sat out in the huge balcony with us every night without their phones 😀👍. Host was great to work with quick to respond. We loved everything about the property.

Girls trip to Cabo

We had a lovely time at Don’s condo! there were five of us and plenty of room for everybody. The condo is spacious, well, decorated and extremely clean. The view outside. The large balcony was stunning! The property was very clean, beautifully maintained and the location was perfect. We also felt very safe walking down to restaurants on tne beach. I would definitely stay here again!
