The house is located on the oceanfront lot, so nothing can obstruct your 180 degree views spanning the 7-mile beach, from Pine Point, Old Orchard Beach, Ocean Park, to Camp Ellis and Biddeford Pool, and Wood Island Lighthouse - the views are just stunning!

New construction will be finished in March 2018. The interior finishes of the house will be truly spectacular, with wide tile plank floors throughout, radiant heat, top of the line appliances, all new furniture and bedding, this is simply as good as it gets.

The main floor consists of a 2 car garage, family room with slider out to the paver patio, full bathroom, two bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds and the other with a queen bedroom with a slider out to the large paver patio, looking directly at the ocean.

As you ascend the stairs to the second floor, you walk into an open floor plan with breathtaking views from a wall of windows and every window has views of the ocean. Here you will find a deluxe kitchen, dining room, great room with a fireplace, and two large sliders out to a deck that runs the full length of the house. There is also a washer/dryer, full bath and a king size bedroom with a private balcony with direct views of the ocean. Pull the pocket door and you have yourself your own private master suite - the perfect place to get away from it all. During the summer, watch the weekly fireworks from the comfort of the great room or out on the deck.
