Recently redecorated for 2016 This spacious, centrally heated studio has a very comfortable fold away hotel- quality bed and two futon single beds.The bathroom has a bath with shower and the separate kitchen has all modern facilities.There is a small patio garden for sitting and eating outside..

The seating area has a large, comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV and dimmable lighting.

The dining area seats four people around a wooden table.the flat is set away from the quiet street and there is no traffic noise

Internet: the apartment has a fast broadband internet connection which is available for guests to use at no extra charge.

The central line tube is 5 minutes walk and takes 10 minutes to Oxford street.The famous Westfield shopping centre is also 5 minutes walk away. There is a good shop 3 minutes away for food and several good restaurants there also. Heathrow,Gatwick and the Eurostar terminal are all easily reached by public transport.

Apartment was as described by the owner. Nice and clean apartment, located on a quiet street. The owner provided us ( family of fout)with accurate information in advance, and took good care of our comfort during our stay. I'd definately recommend this location to anyone. Excellent!

Perfect size for the three of us on a quiet street. Convenient to bus, tube and shopping. The kitchen saved us hundreds of pounds in restaurant meals.

Convenient and Well-Priced Location

As noted by other reviewers, this is not the cleanest of apartments. We also found most of the dishes and pots in the cupboards to be dirty and the whole place could use a thorough scrub down, with particular attention paid to the wall behind the toilet tank. The apartment is large and the directions for finding it were very easy to follow. The location is good if you don't want to be in the busy bustle of London. It's very close to the Shepherd's Bush underground and overground stations so we had no trouble getting where we wanted to, and quickly. The people who live in the apartment above are quite loud, especially when getting ready for work early in the morning and late into the evening, but when you're in a building of apartments you expect to hear noise.

Nice Features and a Good Price for London

The apartment was plenty big enough for three of us and everything worked, including a very nice washer/dryer unit that looked practically brand new. Having laundry detergent available was a nice touch. The directions to the flat and for getting the key were excellent and we had no problems. The location is fine, not super-close to anything, but good access to the underground, and a very nice neighborhood. Although this place was satisfactory on all the important points, we couldn't give 5 stars for several reasons. Most of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty and had to be washed before we could use them, one of the towels had long blond hairs embedded in it (definitely not ours), the extra towels we tracked down were damp and and had to be aired out, and we saw silverfish. The sheets and bedding were worn but appeared clean. As another reviewer noted it did smell musty but we expected that as it's a garden (i.e., underground) apartment.

One of the best apartments were I stayed in Europe

Hello,

I was traveling in London for the Rugby World Cup. It was a great stay in this apartment. Even it is small, it is enough for a family of four persons. It has also a little terrace outside,which is very nice. What was really impressive to this apartment was that everything was working (WiFi, tv channels, oven, hot water, heating etc.) and, most important, that they are very well kept. Related to the location, you are in the heart of London (zone 2 - close to Shepherd's Bush or Olympia underground stations - 5 minutes walking) and in a very good area (Kengsngton-Chelsea). Museums (Science Museum, V&A museum, NH Museum) are quit close. City center by underground in 15-20 minutes (Oxford Circus). Usually I don't bother to write reviews, but this apartment was great. If I will travel again in London and the apartment will be free, I will definitely try to stay here.

Not very impressed

The property was in the right location and was spacious but was not very clean, the bathroom had a very musty smell and the floor covering was not properly laid, there was also a lot of black mold around the bath and in corners. The skirting boards were filthy and the whole place could do with re-decorating. I do have photo evidence if you would like

Owner's Response: We are very sorry you found the flat not so clean. We had a problem that week as our cleaner was ill and we had to find a replacement who was not good. We are making improvements in November 2015 with a complete redecoration so the flat will be sparkling for 2016.
