2 floors which can be divided, and is suitable for couples sharing or several generations.

The ground floor, approximately 92 m2, contains a bedroom with a wide double bed, a large bathroom with tub, a room with two beds and a large living room with kitchen and dining room. Furthermore, there is a small galleys with pass-through from the living room. Here is the sink and hob, fridge and washing machine.

The living room can sleep two on the large sofa.

The upper floor, ca. 100 m2, contains a bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom with tub and shower, a dining room and a living room with a fireplace with insert and with access to the awning covered patio. The living room has a sofa bed and a fold-out ottoman.

Furthermore, there is a large dining kitchen with access to east-facing terrace and a guest toilet.

The residence is especially suitable for two, who value space, comfort and beautiful surroundings.

For smaller children face an Ikea cot with mattress and a high chair for free use by appointment.

Only 5 km from Grasse and less than 2.1 hours drive from Nice airport in the south of France, lies holiday house Mas des Corneille on a hillside overlooking the area's gentle hills. Nearest town is the medieval town of Chateauneuf de Grasse.

The house is about 300 m above the sea in a hilly area with permanent habitation and the surrounding hedges prevent exposure to maintain. Our neighbors are permanent residents Frenchmen.

In addition to a large swimming pool, there are more than 3 200 m2 of land consisting of grass, flowering shrubs like oleander, mimosa and St. John's wort, large oak trees, agaves, palm and 35 protected olive trees.

Nearest shopping is Opio, Pré du Lac and Plan de Grasse, less than 3 km away.

For golf enthusiasts there are excellent opportunities with 3 golf courses very close and many more nearby. The nearest is in Opio, Golf de la Grande Bastide, less than 2 km away.

The cities Monaco, Nice, Antibes and Cannes on the coast are within quick driving distance from the house. It takes only half an hour to drive to Nice.
