Situated in a listed building with a lift, this luxurious apartment offers the glamour of a hotel with the comfort of home. The large bedroom has one superking size bed. The bathroom has a huge wet room shower and separate bath. The kitchen is fitted out to a high specification with all mod cons. This is a great place to explore from or just have a romantic weekend away - sorry, but the apartment is NOT available people with babies/children or pets or parties.
You could stay in one of the many hotel rooms nearby or you could have a whole apartment for less than the price of a hotel.

Catherine met us on arrival. The flat is newly redecorated and located in a nice building in downtown Glasgow. We enjoyed strolling to the local restaurants and clubs as well as easy access to both of the city's major train stations for travel to London and to the coast. The flat was comfortable and attractive. The only downside was the memory foam mattress which was less comfortable than the standard type we were uses to. The heating system was the central boiler type without a wall mounted thermostat which ran on a timer. Since we found the temperature in the flat a bit chilly, we had to do a bit of research on the web to adjust the heating to our liking.
We would go back again.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much. We chose this apartment because of the location, but it turned out to be so much more than just well-located. The location is great, but the apartment is sensational. Caroline has thought of everything. She is the perfect host, and was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommended!
Stay here! You won't be disappointed. The apartment is within walking distance to many attractions and to the hop on hop off bus that will take you all around Glasgow. Great city with lots to see and do.
The apartment is huge, very well appointed and much bigger than the pictures show. Our hostess Caroline was there to greet us and to provide tons of good information about shopping, places to see and to eat along with commentary about some of the restaurants we had chosen from home based on internet information. Her recommendations proved right on. She is outgoing and very easy to deal with. We (three ladies) were thrilled with our stay in Glasgow and would return to this wonderful apartment again and again.
It's difficult to expand on what other reviewers have written about this spectacular apartment, but suffice it to say that this City Centre home was the perfect launching pad for for our 8-day stay in Glasgow. We were in town during the last week of July accompanying our son, who was presenting at the ISME Conference. His mom and I took advantage of the time to explore Glasgow and much of Scotland, and while Glasgow isn't ideally situated for a complete exploration of this beautiful nation, if you're looking for perfection in Glasgow, look no further than Caroline's apartment.
We didn't have a car and didn't need one. Two of Scotland's best restaurants are literally within two or so blocks walking, and a 15-minute walk gives you access to literally dozens and dozens of fantastic places to eat, shop and more. We're history buffs and each day, while in town, we'd walk three blocks to our favorite Starbucks and either walk to museums, historic sites, etc., or jump up on the "hop on, hop off" bus to tour the city.
The location, obviously, is ideal. But the apartment is ideal as well - much larger than we expected, roomy and comfortable, well-appointed, safe, secure...really everything that you could want. We felt at home in no time at all, and leaving was difficult - it felt like we were moving away from a cherished place.
I couldn't recommend this apartment more highly...
We stayed at this beautiful apartment for 8 days and it was the perfect homebase to enjoy Glasgow from. It is perfectly located in the heart of downtown Glasgow and is walkable to every place we needed to go (including just 3 blocks from the Central train station to take us on day adventures). The apartment itself is very modern, stylish and had absolutely everything we needed including lots of space and an amazing kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed the dish and clothes washer as we were in Glasgow for an extended period and did cook meals and do laundry. We hit the grocery store - 4 blocks away - the first night of our trip and cut down our expenses by eating when we could in the apt. The only issue that we had was that our internet access disappeared on our third day and Caroline did all she could to get it fixed with the Telecomm company but to no success. She helped the situation by giving us a nice discount to recover our cellular charges and we were all happy. Caroline was wonderful to work with and I would recommend her property to anyone looking to visit downtown Glasgow!
Apartment was great. I found it larger than the photos imply. It was such a welcome break from tiny B&B's rooms and canal barges! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just blocks away from many key areas in Glasgow. So happy we found it.

The apartment is situated right in the City centre, walking distance to almost everything you would need for business or pleasure whether you are young or old. Too many shops, restaurants, bars and museums to mention within walking distance including Sainsburys, Tesco, Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, GMOMA, the world famous Kelvinggrove Art Gallery and Museum, the wonderful Botanic Gardens. Buchanan Street - the second most popular shopping street outside of London and a whole host of performing arts venues. Please note that the apartment is NOT suitable for children.
