Newly redecorated with new flooring 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo located in the beautiful Cape Haze Resort. The resort offers a fitness facility, amazing heated pool surrounded by palm trees, tennis courts, outdoor grills and walking paths. This condo overlooks a serene lake with a water fountain and plentiful wildlife. The kitchen offers granite countertops and everything you need for meal preparations. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, two large night stands and dresser with spacious walk in closet. The guest bedroom has a double bed with plenty of storage. Lanai overlooks lake with a table and chairs to enjoy the scenery. Stacked washer and dryer included. Wi-fi included. Assigned parking. Minimum three month stay January-March.

Everything about this property was perfect

This Cape Haze condo was perfect for me and my husband. It was well appointed with all we needed, super cute and clean. The pool, clubhouse area was awesome and the location was close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Kathy was a wonderful hostess!
