Manor House Farm comprises a Sitting Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and extensive gardens. The cottage is tastefully decorated and furnished to provide comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests.

The Ground Floor comprises a comfy Sitting Room with a Sofa and 3 Armchairs, TV / Free view, this living area has a window seat and offers wonderful views across the pretty local countryside and a warm, inviting feel. Dining Room with Dining table and 6 chairs, and an armchair. The well equipped Kitchen includes a Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Machine, Cooker, Oven, Fridge and Freezer, Dishwasher, and Washer/Dryer. There is a Double Bedroom on the Ground Floor, which is furnished with a Double Bed, Bedside Tables and Lamps, Wardrobe, and lovely window seat. Bathroom consists of a Shower, Toilet, and Wash Hand Basin.

On the First Floor is the Master Bedroom, which is furnished with a King Size Bed, Bedside Tables & Lamps, Wardrobe, Dressing Table, and chair. En-suite Bathroom comprises Bath, Toilet, and Wash Hand Basin. The Twin Bedroom has 2 Single Beds, Bedside Tables & Lamps, Dressing Table, and Fitted Wardrobe. There is also a Family Bathroom with a Shower, Toilet and Wash Hand Basin.

Manor House Farm Cottage consists of Sitting Room, Dining Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and an outdoor Patio and Garden area. This cosy cottage provides very comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests.

The Ground Floor comprises a Dining Kitchen with original stone flooring and under-floor heating making it a warm and homely space for cooking and meal times around the Dining Table. The well equipped kitchen includes a Microwave, Toaster, Cooker, Oven, Fridge and Freezer, Dishwasher, and Washer/Dryer.

The Twin Bedroom is stylishly furnished with 2 Single Beds, Bedside Table and Lamp, Wardrobe and Dressing Table; a door leading to Outdoor Patio seating area includes Table and 4 Chairs. There is also a Bathroom with a Shower, Toilet, and Wash Hand Basin. The Sitting Room is cosy and comfy, has a warm, inviting feel and wonderful views across the pretty local countryside. It contains a Sofa and 2 Armchairs, TV / Free view and DVD Player.

The lovely Double Bedroom on the First Floor is furnished with a Double Bed, Bedside Tables & Lamps, Wardrobe, Dressing Table, and Blanket Box. The en-suite Bathroom has a Large Shower, Toilet, and Wash Hand Basin.

There is plenty of space for parking at the front of the cottage, as well as a charming south-facing grass seating / play area offering lovely views across the countryside

All Duvets, Pillows, Bed Linen and Towels are provided. Thermostat controlled Under-floor heating throughout the cottage. Central Heating (Ground Source system) and Electricity are included in your rental. There is plenty of space for parking through the gate at the rear of the house and large gardens offering lovely views across the countryside.

Notes

Cancellation: The holidaymaker is liable for the total hire charge unless written notice of the intention to cancel the booking is received at least eight weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. The deposit paid to confirm the booking and other monies paid, will only be refunded if the Owner is able to re-let the holiday cottage for the period of the holiday let. In the event of re-letting the Owner will retain the sum of £100 plus VAT to cover administrative costs and (subject to deduction of that sum) refund to the holidaymaker the balance of monies received from the holidaymaker or the sum received from re-letting whichever sum shall be the lower. Every effort will be made to re-let a cancelled booking but the holidaymaker is advised to take out holiday insurance to cover that eventuality.

Good clean and comfortable.

Old country cottage, well renovated and comfortable.

Lovely area close to Scarborough, Pickering, Whitby and Bridlington.

Stairs steep to upstairs bedroom, care needed coming down.

Good local eateries and shops etc. within 10 miles radius.

Make sure you've got what you need for overnight and breakfast.

Very peaceful.
