The villa is built on three levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious and well equipped kitchen with fireplace, a big bathroom with whirlpool, shower and laundry area. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the second and last floor there's a lovely living room and a room with double sofa bed. Mogliano lies on a crest between the Cremone and the Ete Morto valley, with a gorgeous view over the Sibillini mountains. It is well know for the wicker and the leather craft (vimini). Mogliano is surrounded by olive trees which decorate its unique landscape. There is still the old fortress and part of the old town wall. Mogliano rises on a hill at 313m above sea level ad it is half away from the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic Coast, not too far away from Macerata and Fermo, in the beautiful region le Marche.
The historical commemoration 'Mogliano 1744', is a charming historical and cultural event. It is an unique experience offering a special trip back in time, a slice of live of the 18th century where you will assist to the transition of the troops of Maria Teresa d'Austria.
