This lovely accommodation is set in the heart of the hill landscape of Le Marche and has been recently renovated with great attention to bio-architecture principles. Its optimal position allows the guests to enjoy the peaceful countryside and surrounding nature. However, the property is not far from the many historic centres of the region, renowned for their art and cooking traditions. The presence, cordiality and discretion of the owners make this small but comfortable structure a favorable solution. At the guests' disposal many external living spaces for al fresco dining, a small porch, a panoramic pool with small Roman stair entrance and adjoining relaxing area with table, chairs and armchairs.
The property is composed of an open space where you find a living room with double sofa bed, a kitchen, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Three steps lead from the master bedroom to a twin bedroom which has direct access to the porch.
Mogliano lies on a crest between the Cremone and the Ete Morto valley, with a gorgeous view over the Sibillini mountains. It is well know for the wicker and the leather craft (vimini). Mogliano is surrounded by olive trees which decorate its unique landscape. There is still the old fortress and part of the old town wall. Mogliano rises on a hill at 313m above sea level ad it is half away from the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic Coast, not too far away from Macerata and Fermo, in the beautiful Region le Marche.
The historical commemoration 'Mogliano 1744', is a charming historical and cultural event. It is an unique experience offering a special trip back in time, a slice of live of the 18th century where you will assist to the transition of the troops of Maria Teresa d'Austria.
