Casale del Sole is a stone farmhouse with private pool in Le Marche, located in a small characteristic hamlet in the vicinity of Cagli (PU). In close contact with nature and surrounded by breathtaking sceneries, the farmhouse is furnished in simple style and is a good alternative to meet again with friends and relatives in the tranquillity of the countryside. At the guests'disposal a wide porch equipped with the necessary to eat together outdoor and a lovely pergola with wooden tables and benches. The property is completed by a well groomed garden and a lovely pool with Roman stairs. A separate room of the building is at the exclusive use of the owner.

The country house is set on two floors and is composed of three independent apartments, each one with its own private space to eat outdoor and relax. At the guests'disposal there is also a laundry area and a car park. The ground floor is composed of a wide living room, a well equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (one of them can accommodate an additional single bed on request), small closet and two bathrooms with shower, one with massaging water jet shower and the second also suitable for disabled people. On the first floor there are two apartments with the same composition: living room-kitchen with single sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

Maison de campagne très jolie!

La maison est située dans la campagne et est divisée en trois appartements confortables. La piscine est parfaite pour nager et se détendre. De Cagli, vous pourrez visiter de nombreux lieux tels que Urbino, Le Grotte de Frasassi, Gubbio et la mer se trouve à 30 minutes en voiture. La cuisine locale est super et les restaurants sont nombreux. Recommandée!

Cagli is a really old city full of history; this is also testified by its original name “Cale” which has a pre-roman origin. It lies at the foot of Mount Petrano (Monte Petrano), at the confluence of the rivers Bosso and Burano,in the middle of a wonderful and unspoilt landscape.


The main landmark in Cagli is perhaps the ancient city tower called Torrione, with its “soccorso coverto”, a secret underground walk which leads to the top of a hill where the cloister of the “Frati Cappuccini” (Capuchin friars) lies. Close to the Torrione you will find the beautiful City theater. Another important landmark is the Mallio bridge (Ponte Mallio), one of the most important finds along the old Flaminia consular road. Cagli features many beautiful old churches and buildings, making it one of the most history and culture-rich centers in the Marche Region.


Cagli's Cabinet makers are renowned for their wood carving. They can create real masterpieces, just like the Tobaccopipemakers (Mastri pipai). Once in a while all of the craftsmen from all over Italy meet in Cagli to exhibit their work.


The “Palio Storico del Giuoco dell'Oca” originally dates back to the Renaissance. A historic pageant takes place every year, on the second Sunday of August, when more than 450 walk-ons clad in renaissance dresses parade on the streets of the old town center. In the evening you will have the chance to eat and have fun at the four Taverne di quartiere (district taverns), which offer delicious local dishes.
