This magnificent villa is a frontline beach property and has a beautiful view to the sea. As distinguished from its special Seville - Moorish architecture style and fantastic location it has a constructed area of 450 m² and 1995 m² of land and consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The foyer of the villa offers a beautiful, Moorish patio with water fountain and access to the main terrace.
There is an additional entrance to the house through a large garage.
To the residential area bellows the main bedroom with spacious fitted wardrobes and a large bathroom (WC separately). Additionally a small bedroom with single bed and bathroom.
The spacious kitchen with a pantry and a laundry room at the right part of the house and located upstream of the living and dining room with open fireplace and panoramic windows to the beach.
The ground floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a spacious living room with kitchen and barbecue.
From the living room you can access to the bedrooms and the covered porch, which is located directly in front of the pool (about 5 x 9 m).
