Signal Hill enjoys all the advantages of being centrally located between Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Close to most Southern California attractions. There are three airports located within 5 minutes to 25 minutes away (LAX, Long Beach and Orange County).

Walking into the house we were impressed with the cleanliness, everything exceptionally clean and well-maintained, white, crisp sheets and comfortable beds and amenities. The back yard, outdoor kitchen, koi pond and spa were lovely and very relaxing. Well appointed kitchen and newer appliances in excellent condition. Ceiling fans in all the rooms, screened windows and patio doors allow cool breezes.
Owner left welcome book with directions to stores, shopping and restaurants and clear instructions so that all appliance and electronics were easy to understand and operate.
Three well-appointed bedrooms and full bathrooms accommodated three sisters traveling together. We all were able to get showered and dressed stress-free!
Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, short UBER ride to restaurants and race track.

Driving up gives the first impression, and it is a great one! This single level home provides all the modern amenities you could want. The outdoor patio is amazing from the large bbq and food prep area to the hot tub, with ample space for everyone spending your time outdoors couldn't be nicer. I found the labels on everything a little overbearing at first, but when we were packing up to leave they turned out to be very helpful and almost a bonus in the end.
The home was perfect! We had a total of 6 people, 3 adults and 3 children. The space was wonderful, the home was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. We spent time on the beach, went to universal studios and Disneyland. It was so nice to come back and enjoy the patio and hot tub. The accommodations could not have been better, I highly recommend this home.
We came to Long Beach for a conference for me and vacation for my family (spouse, two kids & their grandmother). This rental home was clean and perfectly sized for us, with plenty of extra beds available for a bigger group. Beautiful kitchen, spacious backyard with jacuzzi, and located in a quiet, pretty neighborhood just off of the 405 and a few miles northeast of downtown Long Beach, in 15-min walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. Owner (Kitty) was communicative, flexible and understanding when weather forced slight alterations of our travel dates. We will definitely stay here again the next time my conference is held in the LA area!
This house was perfect for our needs. Our family of seven flew to LA ahead of our planned Princes Cruise. Our embarkation and disembarkation was at nearby San Pedro. We flew ahead of our scheduled embarkation date and stayed at this rental, as well as after disembarkation a week later for a few more days while we toured LA. We were comfortable in this house, two people slept in each of the three bedrooms and my teenage niece slept in one of the pull away sofa-bed. The kitchen was well equipped. We prepared and ate breakfast here most mornings. At night, we enjoyed relaxing and watched TV. The owner was well organized, kept as well informed, responded to all our communications, and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this house and would stay here again.
The photos do not do this place justice. The private patio is amazing and beautiful, I only wish we had more time to enjoy it and grill something up! This place was very clean and very comfortable and had everything we could need. The owner was very organized and she had excellent notes for us to know how to work everything. There was plenty of room for my husband and me, our 2 kids, my brother in law and my mother in law. This was a great price for such a large place! It was only about 40 minutes from LAX and minutes from the Long Beach Airport. There are many places to eat nearby as well. I would highly recommend this rental and plan on coming back here again!
