Located literally steps from shops and restaurants. 2 doors down from the Historical Museum.

The house is spacious, with 5 individual bedrooms, including (1) King, (3) Queens, (1) Full and a set of twin bunk beds. Could easily accommodate several families or 5 couples!

Spacious kitchen and eating area, new appliances and everything you need is already there-- just bring groceries.
The open floor plan allows for an easy flow from kitchen, to dining and living area.

Features include large wrap around front porch overlooking Main Street. Plenty of outdoor seating including a BBQ gas grill and bikes for our seasonal renters.

Located only 10 minutes from two of Northern Michigan's great ski resorts, Boyne Highlands and Nub's Nob, and only minutes from Lake Michigan and the gorgeous beaches of Harbor Springs and Petoskey.

Lastly, there is parking for 4 vehicles on the premises and street parking available.

Relax & Enjoy

My wife and I have enjoyed visits to Harbor Springs for more than 5 decades; originally snow skiing in the 1960's while in college and golf since the 1970's as young marrieds. We chose this Vrbo since it could potentially easily accommodate all of our children and grand children. They didn't all visit, but the 5 BR home could sleep 12. We are new to Vrbo's in 2019, and our experiences have been very favorable. The interior of this home exceeded our expectations. The owners have made nice interior improvements, it is well equipped, and comfortable. We liked the location in close proximity to town and the water front, with ample parking. Clearly our Overall Rating is 5 Stars. Minor feedback for the owners - all easy fixes: (1) WD40 the squeaky doors, (2) upgrade the bikes, (3) replace the rubber drain stopper in the kitchen sink, (4) the Keurig coffee maker is inoperable, (5) we had difficulty using the key in the back door, and (6) to watch TV, we found the discovery of how to use the multi remotes challenging. We have a different 3 BR Vrbo home in Harbor Springs reserved for a return visit during the summer 2020. All is good! :-)

Excellent home

We are good friends who gathered for the Harbor Springs Festival of the Book and this was a perfect home for us to be at. We loved the wonderfully appointed home and the location was terrific. Every room was styled to fit all of our needs. We could not have been happier!

Was everything we needed!

This house was a perfect fit for our family of 14, ages 1 year to 65. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and we loved the open kitchen and living space. Great location to get to Boyne Highlands quickly, great shopping in Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Looking forward to next year!

Our family is from downstate however we love traveling 'Up North'. Harbor Springs has been our vacation destination for 15+ years offering spectacular views, great restaurants, shopping and amazing outdoor activities.

Whether you like to ski, sail, golf, bike or just walk around, Harbor Springs has something for everyone!

Enjoy the many restaurants: Piersons, the Pier, Turkey's, Colin's and Paper Station and dessert at Yummie's or Tom's Mom's cookies, all within walking distance.

A beautiful drive up M-119 to Pond Hill Farm or to Legg's Inn in Cross Village.

Only a block away from the beautiful Lyric Theater, one of the finest places to watch the new release movies.

So close for a day trip to Mackinac Island, a ferry ride away from horse drawn carriages and so much history.

It's a block from the water and right in town, everything we love about Harbor Springs!

Walk to your favorite restaurants, the new Lyric movie theater, shopping and the beaches for swimming.
