A newly refurbished, new carpets through out bright and light luxury raised ground floor apartment in an original Regency building (dating 1826). Set in a prestigious street, situated in Brighton & Hove, just minutes walk away from Brighton city centre. The beautiful period building has all its charm and character with a 'village feel' to it, safe for the elderly or a young family. This apartment is great for those who want to explore the beautiful city or simply relax on the beach.

Local attractions include the Hove Greyhound Racing ground, and the new i360.

You can take the Brighton sightseeing Bus, or visit Booth Museum of Natural History.Also St.Pauls Church

We offer a "meet and greet" service, where we answer any questions you may have about your stay.Once you are happy and checked in you are left to enjoy your stay.

If you wish a parking bay can be arranged in order for you to unload your vehicle, you need to inform us of this.There are maps in the Property showing you where you can park either free of charge up the road (1 km) ideal if you do not intend to use the vehicle during your stay or 2 mins away (£5.00 for 24 hrs)

This cosmopolitan city has something to offer everyone, from its famous nightlife to the cobbled streets of the 'Lanes',a vast array of boutique shops or dine in one of the renowned restaurants and cafes.

West of Brighton city centre is the area of Brunswick and Hove, resplendent with acres of Regency townhouses, terracotta mansions and elegant mews. Brunswick is one of the cites most colourful quarters and has a thriving community.

The property is just 2 minutes walk to beach, 5 minutes walk to Brighton town centre & Brighton Conference centre & 20 minutes walking distance from Brighton Marina with its great restaurants, Bars & shopping centre. Surrounding all of this is 16 acres of Sea front Parkland. Alternatively you can use the oldest working electric Railway line in the world (Volks) which runs from the Promenade to the Marina.

Hove benefits from a friendly 'village atmosphere' steeped in history yet only minutes away from the vibrant night life which Brighton has to offer. Many specialist restaurants are located around the vicinity of the apartment, all with in walking distance so you can park up and forget about the car!

All the usual attractions are on offer at the beach, just a couple of minutes walk!

The original Victorian 'Open market' re opens in April 2014.Visit 'Sea life Centre', or Lewis Castle . Possibly Arundel with its magnificent Cathedral and Castle. Drusillas 200 park at Alfriston (16 miles away). Eastbourne (20 miles away).

Good location. Just what we wanted

Close to the beach and shops, this apartment was clean and well equipped. It's about 10-15 mins walk to the centre of Brighton but there are plenty of shops and restaurants at the end of the road. Plus a taxi rank if you don't fancy the walk.

Couple of niggles. Internet speed is about 4mb. Not very fast especially as we were trying to watch the Olympics. Parking is residents only or meter. We had problems finding a space Sunday morning when we checked out. Had to park a few streets away and carry all our bags.

We would stay again because we liked the location.

Owner's Response: Pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay overall. Regards the "niggles", Internet speed is actually 16 meg, very fast. In fact one of my guests works in I.T and books the apartment for a week at a time to get all his work done from apartment! Parking is at Norton Road car park (£5.20 for 24 hrs). On day of departure you could get a cab from outside apartment to Norton Road.. Cost £_5.00 Alternatively just park outside apartment and one of you wait with vehicle ;-)

Brilliant will book again

We had a brilliant stay! The apartment was neat and tidy. It had everything in we needed and my 17month old and 8yr old were more than happy. It's in a great location, beach and park just down the road, loads of shops, pubs and restaurants near. We walked down the promenade into brighton everyday. Will definitely book again.

Very good, could have been even better

This flat was very good, but it could have been a 5. On the positive side, it was just as represented on the web site - no surprises there. The flat was charming and comfortable, and is on a nice street not far from the sea, and there were lots of independent coffee houses and shops nearby. The location is not prime pier or waterfront, but we walked to the pavilion area in about 15-20 minutes. The owner was friendly and informative, and a pleasure to deal with.

On the negative side, there were quite a few small details that were a tiny bit off. None were important enough to affect our stay or our mood, but with a bit more attention to detail, the owner would have a first-rate flat. As each item on its own was minor and simple to remedy, it would be unfair to list them here; we left a list in the flat for the owner, so hopefully he has addressed them.

In sum, we would not hesitate to recommend this flat, and will definitely consider it for our next trip to Brighton.

Very Happy

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 5 nights at the end of March. The property is very well located - 2 minutes to the sea front and a 15 minute walk from the town centre. There's a taxi rank only 50 meters from the front door, with numerous shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The property itself is very neat and tidy, warm and cosy. Robert, the owner was very approachable and extremely helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Very reliable

Unfortunately the apartment was flooded shortly before our stay in Brighton. The owner was very apologetic when he informed us the apartment would not be inhabitable on such short notice. We were re-imbursed immediately and luckily we were able to book another apartment. Thank you, Robert, for your concern and for the way you handled things!

Would return

Stayed here for 2 nights with my sister and daughter convenient for Brighton about 15 minute walk or a taxi could be got from the bottom of the street

Apartment was clean warm bright and comfortable with plenty of hot water and could not be faulted
