What should you know about Tzitzicas:
Just 90 meters from the small marina, Tzitzicas (cicadas) can boast of being the only Villa in the cozy village of Loggos to enjoy PRIVACY with no CLOSE neighbors. And yet, little shops and tavernas are nearby.
Villa Tzitzicas is a two stories Venetian-style villa that has quality Italian finishings. The private garden has screend and is shaded by olive trees. PRIVACY is protected by a gentle low wall. Two Mediterranean kiosks contain laundry facilities, wardrobes and maintenance Impliments.
Garden (1000sqm, tents of olivetrees in and around).
There are two large shaded patios in front of the entrance.
Chaise longues conveniently dispersed all around the garden, as well as on the three wide SOLARIUMS: one well protected by an old olivetree for your naps and meditation time, one to the West for a gentle late afternoon subath.
There is a playground area for badminton, mini volley, garden tennis, bowls and petanque, an exercise Gym and a naked area by request also.
There is a barbeque area as well.
Villa Tzitzicas has its own private parking which can receive 2 cars and a small boat.

A good portion of my life dedicated to communication and marketing, some ten years working in Brazil and travelling all over South America; back to Italy I bought the renown Scuola Politecnica di Design and Ateneo Multimediale which I gave up after 5 years to concentrate myself on the digital revolution; from 2002 co-founder and President at Assoetica, non profit association based in Milan. I love swimming, diving, tennis and music, pound some piano and I'm keeping learning flute. I like writing also and sometime I get some short story.
Bruno Bonsignore purchased this villa in 2011
I did not buy this property; after more than 40 years of vacations in Paxos I did take the decision to build up my own house the way, the size and the PLACE I wanted to and the location had to be Loggos but not somewhere around, JUST inside the village.
When popped out the opportunity to buy a piece of land I bought it and with the help of an architect friend of mine I designed and bild the house up. The result is Tzitzicas, the Greek soul meeting point of my family and my most beloved friends.
I hope you will share my same pleasure enjoying staying in. Let me know, suggestions are welcomed.
First: air conditioning no needed. Villa Tzitzicas is in the freshest location of Logos, under and completely surrounded by olivetrees.
Second: no pool needed! The beach is just 85 steps away, would you prefer to dive in the chlorin water of a slippery and skimpy pool or in the fresh, cristal mediterranean sea ? and no stuff to carry, you will take your open-air shower home with all comfort, lay down in a chaiselongue under the olivetrees and handy iced beers ...
Paxos is a lovely green island, Greek sun and sky, fascinating language and culture, an astonishing location, just a hundred-waterfront-houses and a private Italian Villa, just one and only, my one, inside a one-of-a-kind eden.
And if you are two only and would like just a bite... rent Little Tzitzicas, the inexpensive annex aside the Villa but with the same privacy and full comfort!
What can I offer you more ? Just come and see.
altri ospiti essendo tutto molto funzionale.
The house was like a great pizza.
One slice gets you a view of the sea. Another slice gets you a hammock under olive trees. There's a private deck for a full body suntan. Screened tents for dining. Chez lounges nicely distributed. Every charm of the Greek Islands is 100 meters away: a beach for an uncrowded swim; a dozen fine restaurants; sightseeing boats to explore the coast; a shop to buy fruits and veggies; bars with view of the yachts in the harbor.
The house is modern, clean, nicely furnished in the Italian style, and well cared for. I ate fine meals made in a thoughtfully designed kitchen. The island has other harbors and exciting topography. I recommend this house.
What more can I say? It's near everything that was the reason I came to the Greek Islands… literally 100 meters. It's quiet; no traffic. No close neighbors.
An angle of paradise in a not-overcrowded islad of Greece. Logos is a beautiful village and this villa is perfectly integrated in this Mediteraanean jewel: shops and good restaurants are at a walking distance, but it is also amazing to stay in the garden and enjoy the scent of olive trees.
I miss it everytime that I think about it :)

What can I say, It's modern and clean. Functions beautifully. Near everything that was the reason one goes to the Greek Islands. It's quiet; no traffic.
The property not only was clean and well-maintained but it was also perfect for our needs.
Is placed in the beautiful village of Logos, with all the tavernas, markets and tourist services at maximum five minutes walk.
Although so closed to the attractions of Logos this house is quite and peacefull, the perfect place to read, listen to music and relax.
I'd definitely recommend to visit the beautiful Paxos and to do it staying at Villa Tzitzikas!
Paxos is the greenest of the Ionian islands, sufficiently colse to mainland and Corfu's airport but not too much.... so that visitors are usually coming just to have a look and take some picture from the boat...
that's just one of the reasons, but a good one, why I'm coming to Paxos every year since the late 60es!
Of course is takes some time to get the island, it happens that from Milan, out of season, I need some 20 hours to open the door of Villa Tzitzicas,
but then when you get it you'll be sorry to leave it!
Loggos is the smallest of the 3 Paxos' villages, being the others Gaios, the 'capital' where you get off the boat coming from Corfu or Igoumenitsa, and Lakka , North of the island, with its terrificly beautiful bay.
Loggos is right mid way, and as it seldom happens, the littlest is the most enchanting. Just 28 waterfront houses and other 50 behind facing the 2 small streets where you find little minimarkets and shops but all the restaurants and bars are waterfront; no neon, no discos, no party (but every summer some star pops out from kind of Octopus yatch with helicopter...);
funny to see the little bus that connects the villages passing through Vassili's restaurant and ... the sea! to get the station, meters away...
more the sky, more the sea, more to say and much more to see but now is time for you to come ,Villa Tzitzicas is waiting for you with its tranquillity, huge private garden surrounded by olivetrees, seaview terraces, shaded verandas and sundecks ...
and all the warm comfort of a real house, my house!
Tzitzicas is the Italian private and only villa inside Loggos! Two stories Venetian style superb finishings, private garden surrounded by olive trees, shaded patios, hiding sundecks and private parking for cars and boat and a fully independent annex, Little Tzitzicas, (rentable separately for 2 more adults) for your guests or kid. Tzitzicas, right in the heart of Loggos, is perfect for your sun-and-sea days but is unique for your tranquillity and silent nights.
