Bright single storey house, facing south, in a small one-way street on a 1200m2 enclosed plot.

5 kilometers from the beaches of Mesquer / Quimiac (swimming, fishing on foot, sailing school), 200 meters from the salt marshes of MES. Guérande is ten kilometers away and La Baule 12KMS. Car required.

Prpre et bien équipée. Bien recus par la propriétaire.

Maison confortable et très bien équipée. Le jardin est tres agréable et le hameau calme.

wunderschöner Urlaub in wunderschönem Haus

Das Haus ist noch toller, als es auf den Fotos zu erkennen ist! Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber und schon alles! Der Garten ist wirklich traumhaft! Es ging eine große überdachte Terrasse, bei der man auch bei schlechterem Wetter gut sitzen kann. Nebenan grasen Ziegen und Schafe und die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und dörflich. In den Ort sind es etwas über einen Kilometer. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und auch sehr hilfreich mit Tipps zum Einkaufen und für Ausflüge. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Maison très agréable, au calme

Belle maison dans un petit village, à côté des marais salants. Maison très propre et bien équipée. Premières plages à 10 minutes en voiture. Guérande à 15 minutes. Localisation parfaite pour visiter les alentours tout en étant au calme.
