Lovely clean spacious apartment. Pool was ideal as never too busy, location was very good and Owner very helpful. Everything you required was in the apartment. Hope to return soon
Great well equipped apartment
The property was clean and well maintained and fully equipped to make our stay a very comfortable one. The owner was, very responsive to questions and helpful with local details plus details on access which couldn't have been easier.
The terrace on the roof and to the back of the house were great for social family time and of course WIFI was a winner with the younger ones. The pool was clean and well kept and quiet a lot of days there were only a handful of people. We hired a car which cost around 25 euros a day for the period we were there so moving around the resort was never a problem. Within 500m was a lively deli / cafe serving reasonable prices and delicious food far cheaper than down in town with lovely staff. All in a lovely place to stay plus as we had a late flight the owner very kindly allowed us to keep the villa past check out time so we had full use of our last day. Would highly recommend.
Lovely 3 bedroom Paphos villa
Great spacious 3 bedrooms villa in residential area of Paphos with lovely private garden, rooftop terrace and shared pool.
27th July 2011- Cain family- Wirral
This property was brilliant for families. The kitchen and barbecue were great.Air con was the best.Washing machine was used which cut down on the washing when I got home(sad), The pool area was clean and there were always beds available.
The Patio area was lovely with the garden. The centre of town was a good 15 minutes walk away, although never attempted to walk as it was so hot, so instead used to call 'Steve's taxi service' which was 10 euros for 5 of us.
If your looking for a clean, quiet and hot holiday this property was ideal.
Would go back, just need to save up as found it expensive but so is the rest of Europe!
The supermarket in town sell lots of 'English' products so if you have fussy eaters and don't fancy eating out, the property is fine for cooking a family meal.
Enjoyed some nice meals out, especially Chloe's Chinese near the Harbour. Don't try the Pelican restaurant near there, service poor, food awful, the worst meal in 2 weeks looks nice but had nicer Greek food in Liverpool! The 'First and Last' pub cooks a decent meal.
The directions to the property were very clear. Overall had a lovely holiday. Hope you do to!!!
May 2009 in Oleander Villa
We spent a week in this villa from 9th -16th May, the Villa is fantastic and just as described and the weather was perfect all week.
It was very clean on arrival and we received excellent service from the owner including a detailed map of how to locate the property (we still got lost though but that was more down to miss-communication between driver & co-driver!!)
I would recommend this property to anyone with children as very safe and friendly area and it is true that a car is not essential as there are so many amenities and restaurants in short walking distance from the villa however if you would like to go out and about then a car is handy as the Trudos mountains are worth a look, the views are spectacular.
We enjoyed eating in Theo's Fish Restaurant in Kato Pahpos and the Seriani in Coral Bay we had fantastic meals and service in both and ate in Theo's two nights in a row!
Located in a new small residential complex in Kato Paphos, the Villa is only 20 minutes drive from the airport and 10-15 minutes walk from the main shops, restaurants and beach. Kato Paphos is a lovely harbour town and resort that has an array of activities and attractions to cater for all ages. It offers a lively nightlife, should you want it, extensive shopping, beaches, and cultural sites. The villa is set far enough back from the nightlife to remain peaceful during the evening. The Villa is ideally located for visiting the many historical sites that Paphos has to offer being a World Heritage Site. Why not visit the Tombs of the Kings, the underground tombs date back to 300BC, romain mosaics, the harbour fort, or explore Aphrodites Rock. For the slightly energetic 3 golf courses are nearby, and the waterpark, sports facilities and extensive watersports are all within the town. Car excursions can be made to the National Park of the Akamas peninsula and the Troodos mountains.
