The home features two exceptionally large rooms for convenient entertaining with cutlery, glassware, china, and linens available to serve 60 guests. The main 20’ x 30’ reception and dining room has garden views through the triple sets of French doors along the south wall leading to the exterior entertainment area and double glass doors that open to the adjacent media room. The table comfortably seats ten to twelve. The Louis XIII stone surround fireplace with gas ignition completes the Provencal dining ambiance.
The end of the formal dining room showcases a built-in bar with ample wine storage, barware, sink, separate ice maker, and microwave. There are six bedrooms, 5 in suite bathrooms and 2 half-bathrooms.
