Unit has access to washer and dryer. It is located in the center of Torrey. Walk to restaurants and stores! also near many recreational activities such as guided tours, hiking, & fishing. It is 8 miles from the entrance to Capitol Reef National Park. 45 min. from Grand Stair Case, the entrance to Capitol Reef National Park. 45 min. from Grand Stair Case, Escalante.

About Wayne Gardner

My wife & I have just gone into partnership with my wife sister and her husband. My wife & I are retired or at least we thought we were retires until we purchased this property. We live in the Salr Lake area and our partners live just down the road from Torrey in Loa, Utah. We have enjoyed the anticipation of making a nice place for people to stay.

Why Wayne Gardner chose Torrey

My wife's sister called one day and said there's a piece of property in Torrey we want you to look at. We hesitated but decided to take the beautiful drive up to Torrey. It's a very nice drive so we couldn't lose. When we saw the place it was a no brainer. We fell in love with the house and the area around Torrey.

What makes this property so interesting is that it was never suposted to be apartments. The couple that built it put the home above the garage for the view. Later, for health reasons and not able to clime stairs, they built another nice home where the garage was . Then a daughter need a place to stay so another addition was made. And then the Mother in-law needed cared for so another addition was made.

Each addition having there own modern conveniences; made it perfect for what we have turned it into. We are proud to offer our home to traveler from all over the world.

What makes this apartment unique

The entrance Capital Reef National Monument is approximately 7 miles from Torrey. The Grand Staircase National Monument is a 45 minute drive away, it's 90 Miles to Bryce Canyon National Park. There are guided tour based out of Torrey right in front of our place, hike, fishing and hunting. Breath takingly Beautiful scenery made up of red rock cliffs, pine covered mountain, beautiful valley farms, wild game in abundance. If it isn't hunting season their still beautiful to look at. Our large nice back yard is perfect for the kid and anyone else to have picnics and just play family games.
