This home is unique. It's one of the few new properties downtown as the home is only 10 years old. This lets the home be much more wide open in it's floorpan and spacious throughout.

What makes this house unique

It's not a duplex so you aren't sharing walls with other partiers that could keep you up all night which happens a lot in these kinds of rentals. You are truly close to everything being a block from king, many listings downtown are much further away from all restaurants and shops so this is great being able to walk to everything.

Dear Peg,

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful city. The condo was very nice with everything we needed and more. We also appreciate taking time out to give us some travel advice , in came in handy. In fact, while eating at the landing , we met a lady traveling on "the world" cruise ship. She was delightful and shared some of her traveling experiences so I'm so glad we ate there. In fact I tried their specialty of shrimp and grits! Loved the shrimp and gravy but the grits .... well not so much.

But it was lots of fun trying it!!!

Wonderful way for our family to reconnect!

This house was clean, bright and spacious enough for our family of 6 to spread out. Our 3 teens and 1 preteen loved everything about the house. It is listed as a 3 bedroom but the closet connecting the master bedroom with the master bathroom is so big that our 13 year old put the day mattress in there and created a "cozy" room for himself for the week. The house comes with everything you need. Peg was very helpful and answered all of my text very quickly. It was like having a virtual concierge. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were great! The dining room table was the perfect size to play our nightly Setback games.

The house is in a great location. We walked to The Market, Battery Park, the water taxi to get us over to Patriots Point. We rented a car to get back and forth to the airport as well as out to Folly Beach. If you decide to do this, call Charleston Green Taxi. Their drivers are friendly, informative and always arrive at least 15 minutes early.

When we get back to Charleston, soon hopefully, we will definitely be renting this house!

Great space

The house is a great space to gather with family after a day of taking in the sights. The top floor is open and airy and everything was in order when we arrived. The keyless entry is great and the bakery around the corner is awesome. The neighborhood is still up and coming and the house is showing a little wear from renters, but overall we found it very comfortable. The owner/manager is very good at communicating. We asked for a couple extra towels and they were delivered promptly. We were in town for a family wedding and it was so nice to be able to stay in one place with our adult children instead of hotel rooms.

Nice place

Nice townhouse located a block off King st and about a mile from the City Market.

Excellent for a large group of people and a great deck for morning coffee or after dinner drinks.

There is a free trolley that comes by the house that will bring you to most places in historic Charleston. There are also a lot of great restaurants in this up and coming part of town.

Like other people said it can get a little noisy at night but we travel with white noise so that

was not a problem.

Peg was great host! Very knowledgeable about the area and had many suggestions for restaurants. This was a great location very close to the heart of downtown on King St. Enough can not be said about how awesome this condo was. Very spacious and very well designed. We enjoyed everything about the space. Lots of room in the kitchen for cooking!!
