The 150 sqf apartment is located on the first floor of a luxurious country house. The house is completely independent, with private pool and 12 x 6 m (height between 1.40 m / 2.50 m) and a lush garden with fruit and olive trees.

Fano's countryside. The villa stands at the top of a hill. Fano and its beach life. It is the ideal place for people to relax and relax.

The house was built in 1994 but has been completely renovated in the interior. It can accommodate 6/7 people at once and includes the following spaces: a master bedroom with a wrought iron bed and a large closet; a double room with a queen size bed; a single room with a bunk bed; a bathroom provided with a whirlpool bath; a second bathroom with a large shower; a billiard room; and a laundry room. There are two verandas, one in the front and one in the back facing the pool.

A third bathroom with a shower and a stove. The pool has its own shower and a diving board.

The pool is the core of the small town of Novilara. Beautifully illuminated at night.

While the apartment is available for personal use, the pool is accessible to the owner for maintenance purposes. The use of the fridge, washing machine, cable television, wooden hoven, and other appliances are included. The guests are also provided with clean sheets and towels.

Apartment of about 150 square meters located on the ground floor of a luxury villa, the apartment of the same size located on the top floor has not yet been completed and therefore is not available. The villa is completely independent, has a private access and a private parking, is situated on large grounds with private pool from 12 meters to 6 meters with a height ranging from 1.40 m to 2.50 m. Inside the property we can find a large park with gardens, fruit trees and olive groves. And 'expected the presence of maintenance workers of the garden and cleaning and inspection of the pool for two to three hours a day.

The villa is situated in the hills of Fano, making it ideal for families who like to relax and calm, but still within walking distance from the city center and the sea.

The apartment sleeps 6/7 people and is divided as follows: large living room with wooden furniture and fireplace, kitchen with window, double bedroom with wrought iron bed, double room with double bed with possibility to request an additional bed, single room with bunk bed, bathroom with Jacuzzi, second bathroom with large shower, basement with foosball and laundry area. Two porches, one overlooking the pool.

In the area in front of the villa to the pool there are a further bathroom with shower and a place kitchen with wood stove.

In the pool you can enjoy an outdoor shower and a trampoline, as well as enjoy a beautiful view of the village of Novilara.

The apartment will be given exclusive use and access is provided to employees for manuntenzione pool and garden.

In the villa you will find a refrigerator, washing machine, satellite television, wood stove, oven, dishes, towels and bed linen.

Nice quit place

Nice house, with a big pool. Away from the busy beach towns (you need a car). Very nice people, we got fresh eggs, fruit and vegatables from the big garden.

Calm, friendly, lovely.

If you look for a calm, peaceful and beautiful place, I would recommend this villa. We stayed (family with 4 children between 8 and 12 years old) here this summer for two weeks and we had a wonderful time. The children played in the large garden and swimming pool all day and had a great time.

We would have stayed longer, if it would have been possible!

The swimming pool is large and deep. The olive trees give a nice shadowed place to read a book. You have a great view from the garden to the countryside and a medieval village. The house is nice, clean and wellmaintained. And the owners are nice and very friendly and helpful (come every day to clean the pool and work in the vegetable garden (delicious vegetables!).

It is a 15 minutes drive to either of the two towns nearby. And about 10 minutes to the beach. A lot of cultural things to visit in the surroundings.

If you look for entertainment and people around, this might not be your place. But if you look for rest, Italian atmosphere, and a beautiful spacious place in the countryside, this is your dreams coming true.

Un lieu de séjour exceptionnel !

Nous étions en famille et nous avons trouvé là un lieu de séjour idéal : confort, environnement soigné, accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. La campagne environnante est très agréable, et pourtant on n'est pas très loin de Fano. A recommander !

Mooie tuin met zwembad

De woning ligt op een rustige plaats met het strand op enkele kilometers afstand. De tuin is mooi met een prima zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen. Het is gezellig eten aan een lange tafel onder de veranda. Ook praktisch is de buitenkeuken en douche. Het huis binnen is netjes maar veel te vol met allerlei accessoires wat mij betreft, je hebt echt het gevoel in andermans huis te zitten. Ook een minpunt is het stapelbed met slechte matrassen, zeker voor wat grotere kinderen niet geschikt. De gastheer is zeer vriendelijk en houdt de tuin en zwembad netjes

Perfekter Urlaub abseits vom Touristentrubel

Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub sucht ist hier genau richtig. Lieber Francesco und lieber Piero wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Der Pool war sensationell und wir haben noch nie soooooo viele Glühwürmchen gesehen :-) Vielen Dank für die täglichen besuche und die frischen Eier zum Frühstück. Hope to see you again! Claudi

Roncosambaccio rises to 74 meters above sea level and is located in the hilly Fano about 6 Km. From the city of Pesaro and Fano (seaside city with Roman ruins).

Within 60 km. there are many cities, you can admire the medieval fortress of Gradara, the fortress of Mondavio Renaissance, the fortress of San Leo, the Palazzo Ducale in Urbino, timeless medieval masterpieces. Another feature of the Marche region are the coast, about 60 km the famous Conero Riviera with its jagged rocks overlooking the sea and the clear waters that have earned him recognition 'Blue Flag'.

The coast of Fano is divided two types: the Saxony region is characterized by a pebble beach and typical cliffs, and the Area Lido Fosso Sejore have instead long sandy beaches and numerous beaches equipped.
