Why Wade Jorgensen chose Glendale
Large living room, eat-in kitchen, and workspace. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and blackout shades, and the second bedroom has bunk beds plus a pull-out sofa bed and blackout shades. There's a bathroom with a bathtub between the two bedrooms. The set-up is perfect for a family with young children and also works well for couples traveling alone or with friends and/or pets. The house is a great option for family members visiting local relatives, but wanting their own space. Parents visiting students at Glendale Community College, Occidental College, ArtCenter, and Pasadena Community College should also consider the rental.

Stay in East LA was great!
We had an excellent stay at the East LA bungalow. It was nice to have our own parking spot close to the front door. The bungalow was spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fenced yard for the two dogs. Trader Joes was just a short walk away along with several nice restaurants. We tried 4 different places and they were all good. Lastly, Wade was great to work with. He was informative and quick to respond to questions. We had a hassle free stay and would recommend this place for anyone staying in the LA area.
Great little place!
Property was perfect for our little family and our 15 m/o really appreciated the yard and toys. We really enjoyed proximity to Montrose shopping district and being able to walk to coffee/breakfast/dinner/the Park everyday. Bed was very comfortable and house had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
Lovely home in Montrose
We had a wonderful time at this great house We were able to walk into Montrose to Trader Joes and all the stores and restaurants First morning we had a very small problem and Wade was there in 3 minutes Even in August the house was nice and cool, you could sit in the lovely shaded front yard or have dinner in the back yard at the picnic table The beds were very comfortable and a nice TV in the living room
Chic and practical family rental
Loved staying at the house and with two toddlers, space and entertainment is a must! Thank you to wade for making us feel taken care of and for a perfect place to stay while visiting family. Excellent communication all around checking in often to make sure we had everything we needed. Location is close to freeway, parks, and downtown. Second bedroom with bunk beds, futon and toys (!!) a great space for families. Would stay here again next time!
We loved our stay, great location, loved the house - clean and comfortable for us.
Our favorite place to date
We traveled with four kids of all ages and had the absolute best time staying here. It was beautiful. We loved the accessibility to the Trader Joe’s and other cute shops (ice cream and toy store and coffee shops). We were close to an amazing park and it was easy to get to the local attractions we wanted to see. Our favorite part was having coffee in the front yard watching the kids play in the grass and having dinner on the back patio. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend.
