We really tried to keep the beauty of each and every old architectural element we could save during the renovation and carefully mix it with the state-of-the-art modern additions, like Daikin AC/heating system with individual temperature controls in each room or Bosch kitchen amenities.

Amazing break

Just back from staying in this beautiful apt it was even better than we expected, there were four of us it could easily have taken eight people comfortably, the owner Julie left us with plenty information and sent her apologies that she couldn’t meet up with us.there was also a very good Italian restaurant at the corner of the street that Julie had recommended us to go to would highly recommend. Just a five minute walk to the subway as well would definitely go back to these apt. Carol. (Edinburgh)

Spacious, beautifully renovated, and luxurious

The property is a gem in NYC. It had all the amenities of home plus 3 balconies, a fully equipped kitchen and skylight. Rooms looked exactly as pictured on the website. There were 4 of us and the property could easily accommodate six. Owner was very responsive in communication.

Absolutely Beautiful!!!

The pictures don't deceive; This place is amazing. It is fairly close to the metro & grocery markets(5min walk). It was nice to have a comfortable, nice, safe place to come home to after seeing the sights. There's plenty of closet space and served as a great home base for us. Julie was very good to work with. We would definitely stay here again

Harlem delight

What can be said that hasn't already been said. Lovely apartment in a really lovely part of Harlem. Short 5 minute walk to the subway into Manhatten and with a weekly pass costing $33 definitely the Best Buy we had. Lots of shops nearby although we didn't cook so just basics. Do bear in mind though that there are stairs upto the apartment, 3 sets so if you have any ability issues maybe you should request ground floor rooms. Yes we would return when next in NYC.
