Pool: Enjoy swimming in the pool which is heatable all year round and overlooks the sea. Refreshment or small snacks are served at the pool bar (the pool bar is not everyday open). Sun beds are at your disposal around the pool area for sun bathing after swimming.
Sports: Windsurfing and Kite surfing: Club Mistral has it’s main base directly on the beach in Bahia Feliz. There are approx. 70 boards with 100 rigs as well as state of the art kites at your disposal. Mountain biking: Gran Canaria is an island with innumerable routes, which are suitable not only for bicycle fans but also for visitors, seeking direct contact with nature. Let it be a down-hill or a long distance ride – the bike is a perfect vehicle to experience indescribably beautiful landscapes. State of the art and high quality bikes may be rented directly in the proximity. Organized tours are also available. Trekking: The entire island is covered by an ample network of trekking routes. There are easily accessible pathways, “caminos reales”, donkey paths and in addition, small ways and paths, which are reserved for the experienced trekker. Tennis: There are two tennis courts close by.
Wellness & Activities: Europe’s largest centre of Thalassic therapy lies close by and offers a choice of wellness spas, relaxation and swimming in hot sea water. Also a detailed medical examination for the preparation of a personal program, massage, water gymnastics, bubble bath, underwater shower, pressure shower, sauna followed by body-peeling, cleaning of the skin with massage, manicure, pedicure, algae-therapy, bubble-bath with algae, facial treatment or treatment to improve skin texture as well as treatment for rheumatic complaints are offered.
A single charge of one daily rate for the whole period is also required which includes all additional expenses, bed linen, towels and to refresh the apartment on departure. Wireless Internet and Parking beside the apartment is FREE.

Guest cancellation policy
If the guest cancel the booking, they have to pay:
50% of the total cost if they cancel at least eight weeks before check-in.
25% of the total cost if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in.
If the guest cancels within four weeks before check-in the complete amount (*) of the rental has to be paid.
Note: (*) Excluded are the additional cost, which are not to be paid.
Guests automatically agree to these terms when they make their first payment.
I understand the description given is a generic description applying to more than one apartment, however, it did not completely reflect the apartment we stayed in.
The complex is not a bungalow complex in the way British people would expect. Bungalow would suggest single storey buildings. The apartment buildings were 3 floors in height with each apartment on a single floor. However they were extremely attractive and well maintained. The complex was very secure though there were issues with the locks on some of the gates not working, though it was never far to an alternative gate. There was a night time security patrol.
The apartment was well laid out although the kitchen was a little small. It did not have the advertised dishwasher. The 2 bedrooms were a good size and had plenty of storage for clothes and the living space was also of a good size, accommodating a further person on a z-bed. The indoor dining space would have been a little cramped with 5 people round the table, but as we ate out on the spacious terrace in the evening it didn't matter. If your apartment for 5 had a balcony instead of a terrace, this may have been a little cramped. As it was we had plenty of space and could enjoy the sunshine from sunrise to sunset sheltered from the wind.
We could not connect to the wi-fi inside the apartment but signal was excellent on our terrace and in the pool area.
Sadly the Coconut bar lies empty as the owner is now said to have opened a cafe elsewhere. The pool area is beautiful and never got busy. It was cleaned every day, and there were good showers for use before getting in the pool. Plenty of umbrellas and sun loungers were available at no extra charge. The pool was attractively lit with coloured lights at night.
We were picked up from the airport by a friendly helpful Johan, and then greeted at the apartment by Sasha who was delightful and helpful (although a little forgetful after the kettle exploded!). Communication with the owner (or lack of response) caused some last minute panic before we left the UK but we understand that this was due to a problem with the Owners Direct servers.
Bahia Feliz is quiet and beautiful and away from the big resorts though only 10 minutes away by taxi. The local shopping centre and restaurants offered a reasonable amount of choice although it was all a bit purpose-built with no traditional feel.
I would definitely recommend this property but would suggest a few tweaks to the description.
Picked up from the airport by Johan and taken to the apartment. We met Sascha (the property manager) on arrival, who was very friendly and helpful and gave us keys but was unable to show us around due to broken ankle but driver Johan helped. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The apartment was everything that we hoped for and more with every conceivable appliance, gadget and utensil you could dream of. There were also few provisions there for us so we didn’t have to go shopping straight away. The pool was amazing but the ‘Coconut Bar’ had some very sporadic opening times and on some days didn’t open at all, but when it did it was very friendly and welcoming but above all very delicious. Shopping, restaurants and lots of fun activities are all located very nearby. The promenade in front of the complex was a great for the sun-rise run and for walks into the restaurant/shopping area avoiding road traffic. The TV was in German only...not that we ever watched it! And the kids enjoyed the Wi-Fi.
We would be happy to stay here again and will definitely recommend this property to friends who plan to visit Gran Canaria!
We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation in June 2016 in this superb apartment. We felt at home within minutes and the atmosphere in the house was lovely and cozy. The terrace had a breathtaking view. There were several restaurants by the water front- our favourite was El Rincon, where the service and the food was really good. The kids enjoyed swimming and playing on the beach which was only 30 meters from the apartment. The prices in the local shops and restaurants were good-we payd 8-11 euros for a good meal at the fish-restaurant. Supermarkets were only a 5 minute walk away, and bus no.61 takes you back and to Maspalomas within 15 minutes. The owner, lived just 300m the apartment and gave us all the information we needed on arrival. He even welcomed us when we arrived in the middle of the night:-) (Sorry for awakening you) We really had a good time and managed to communicate with the locals by bringing with us a small Spanish dictionary all the time. The apartment was just perfect for our family of 4. It was an easy drive from the airport and Sascha, the property manager, was very friendly and helpful. Parking was free and convenient, and the apartment was everything that was promised: well-stocked, super clean and right on the waterfront. It was so nice to have a cup of coffee on the balcony with the waves washing up on the rocks below. The heated pool and tiki bar are just few steps away and the promenade running along the beach was perfect for a morning jog or evening walk. Shopping, restaurants and lots of fun activities are all located very nearby. We would be happy to stay here again and will definitely recommend this property to friends who plan to visit Gran Canaria!
Very nice and peaceful apartment directly to the waterfront. You can hear the waves. When the wind comes from the north it is just perfect. The heated pool was large and beautiful and everything was nice and clean. No noise. Just peace. In the afternoon and evening the beach nearby is nice for a walk and a swim, as the ebb tide is on its way out, revealing a nice sandy beach. Shopping possibilities nearby. The only thing I missed was some lids for the cooking pots and a good pan. Hope to come back!
This apartment is all that the pictures promises and more. We found it spacious, homely, clean and well equiped, and it lived up to all our expectations. The view over the blue sea from the terrasse is outstanding, but you have to agree with a lot of wind.
The renters were very helpfull and provided free pickup and transport from the airport. The only cons with this apartment has nothing to do with the apartment itself. The apartment is situated on the southeastern coast, the temperatures were not more than 18 degrees celsiuos and the wind was more than 12 m/s during all our stay. In the same periode the wind in Puerto RIco or Mogan to the south west were less than 4 m/s and the temperatures where 4-5 degrees higher. Even Play Del Ingless had more favourable weather. The apartment is at walking distance to Play del Ingless - if you are in good health. The walk is 5-6 km and you have to pass some hilly terrain to get there. The apartment compound is however much more friendly and quit thant the very crowded cities mentioned, so if you can cope with the wind we recommend the apartment, but then we also will recommend that you hire a car for the whole stay, and go the right places during daytime.
All together a nice place, and we loved the stay.
Bahia Feliz is a small settlement with a very good infrastructure. There is a shopping centre, boutiques, restaurants, cafes and pubs, so that guests not necessarily depend on renting a car. You can enjoy a walk along the beautiful seaside promenade which will take you into San Agustin or Playa del Ingles within 20-30 minutes. In the settlement you will nevertheless find some inexpensive car hire.

Golf: Of all the golf courses in the world many cannot compete with Gran Canaria, because the island has a special advantage: the climate as well as the possibility of being able to play golf during the whole year. Today Gran Canaria has six golf courses, they are spread out across the island with a distance of no more than 50 kilometres between each one. Shortly this list will be extended to a four further golf courses, which are currently being built. A further advantage of Gran Canaria golf courses is their competitive price, which is below the average. The Green fee of the 18 hole courses costs here about 50 Euros in the off season (between May and September) and 70 Euros in the remaining months.
