Kihei Akahi D 614 is a top floor condo across from Kamaole II Beach Park with views of the ocean and outer islands of Molokini, Kahoolawe, and Lanai, renovated and fully stocked with everything you could need for a complete tropical vacation.

Canadian owned. Inquire about preferred exchange rate. Under new ownership since November 2017. Private management allows for flexibility and personal service.

LANAI: Bistro-style chairs for gorgeous view over lanai railing.

LOCATION: Condo is located on south end of 6th floor of preferred D building. Quiet unit away from foot traffic. Non-smoking unit. Smoking area available outdoors at north end of complex. Two elevators, Numbered parking space close to building.

NATURAL, COMFORTABLE COOLING plus A/C: Unit gets both ocean breezes through lanai screens and mountain breezes through front door screen. Two ceiling fans circulate the fresh and fragrant air Roll down sun shade on lanai allows the view but cools the lanai 10 degrees.

KITCHEN: Dishwasher/ Disposal, Microwave, Fridge with Ice Dispenser, Blender, Coffee Maker & Complete set of pots, pans, dishes, etc.

LIVING/DINING AREA: HDTV/DVD, Binoculars to watch whales (in season), Current Guide books to Maui for touring, hiking and snorkeling.

BEDROOM: Queen size bed with 400 thread count linens and comfortable mattress, ceiling fans.

BEACH EQUIPMENT: New Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella with sand anchor, Plush Beach Towels, Cooler

AMENITIES: Free, High Speed, Wireless Internet, Free Local and Long Distance Calling to US and Canada and EU.

ELECTRONIC KEYLESS ENTRY has been installed for your convenience and safety. No keys to worry about at the beach.

OTHER: Iron and Ironing board, new vacuum, brooms, etc. Maid service can be arranged.

ACTIVITY RESERVATION CENTER on the premise available to book tours, luaus, etc. On-island manager.

LOCATION: Kihei Akahi, one of Kihei's favorite vacation resort complexes, is on six and a half acres of beautiful lush tropical grounds, with two swimming pools, BBQ's, and a tennis court (rackets in office).

Kihei Akahi is across the street from Kamaole Beach Park II, a great beach for sunbathing, walking, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, and whale watching (in season), and within walking distance of several of Maui's most popular beaches. Steps away from several small shopping centers with a variety of shopping and dining options. Wailea and Makena are a short drive, with some of Maui's best golf courses and the 'Shops of Wailea'.

Why Diane Lane chose Kihei

D 614 does not often come up for sale but when it did in Nov. 2017 we jumped at the chance to own one of the best units at the Akahi: Top floor, building parallel to the ocean and well away from the elevator: a jewel of a condo in a complex on one of the best beaches in Maui. Then in summer 2018 we updated and renovated a bit to put on our own, tropical touches.

Great Condo

Recently renovated with new owner. Great communication and easy to work with. Really enjoyed our stay. Condo was spotless and had an amazing view. Also had a great ac unit. Had friends staying in other condos nearby that did not have ac. Definitely a must in the Hawaiian summer. Great location next to lots of restaurants and beaches around Kihei. Definitely will be staying here again.

Best Place To Be In Maui

Kihei is the ideal location to be when visiting Maui and D614 is conveniently close to all the best stuff. The walk to the beach was actually much closer than I expect, you just walk through the flower garden, cross the street and then you're there.

The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utinsils, so I highly recommend going to the store and cooking your own food if you plan to save some $$ from eating out. If you do go out to eat, Three's Bar & Grill has THE BEST HAPPY HOUR!!! Their food overall is great and breakfast is awesome there. Very close by. Also Ululani's Shaved Ice is close by and very good.

There are towels, so no worry to pack your own which was very helpful! This unit also has a washer and dryer which we used multiple times.

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved staying here and plan to come back!

Perfect Maui vacation.

Diane was so accommodating and pleasant. Great response time with 5 star treatment. The condo is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Fantastic view while being far enough away from the road so wasn’t noisy at all. Wonderful to relax on the lanai with that ocean view. Wonderful breeze and, with the ceiling fans, no need for AC. All the dishes and cookware thay you need. Walking distance to shopping and places to eat. This complex is centrally located, and has 2 pools. Thank you, Diane for such special treatment. I will be back for sure.

A great spring break!

We had a fantastic time! Having a beach in walking distance is very convenient, especially because with electronic door locks we didn't even have to worry about bringing keys to the beach. Nearby beach Kam II has waves big enough for boogie boarding, and I saw turtles while snorkelling there, and whales playing off the coast one day. A personal highlight was the sunset view from the balcony. The well-equipped kitchen made cooking convenient, and the whole condo was well-maintained and clean. We're looking forward to going back!

Maui Condo Escape

We enjoyed our 10-day stay in Maui. The condo lacked for nothing, had an impressive view and was close to everything you would need. Maui never disappoints us and neither did our stay at this condo.

Great views of the ocean, excellent location with quick access to the beach, well stocked kitchen

This top floor condo allows great views of the ocean and sunsets, over the tops of the other buildings. The closest beach, Kamaole Beach Park II, is great for swimming, boogie boarding, and snorkeling at the rock outcroppings at the edges. Access across the road is easy, as there are pedestrian controlled lights to get across S. Kihei Rd; never a hassle.

The kitchen was well equipped with knives, pans, and dishes. There is a new, fast & responsive elevator to get you up to this 6th floor. Nice supply of beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, coolers, towels).

Internet speed quite good at 25 Mbps.
