Beautiful home located in a cul de sac, safe neighborhood. Close to grocery stores, mall, restaurants, entertainment places, etc. It has a big open driveway that can fit up to 6 cars alone with a garage that can fit 2 cars. Brand new furnishing throughout the entire home. New photos will be uploaded soon. The outside has a huge pool with brand new outdoor furniture, BBQ area and fire pit. You will absolutely love it!

Everything in the house practically brand new and really well kept. Adam was a great host and provided excellent clarification and was always very easy to get ahold of. He was very accommodating. Loved staying in the home with my family. Great experience!

Beautiful modern home

A beautiful home. Very comfortable. The king sized mattress left something to be desired, but all the other beds were very comfortable. The pool was nice as was the hot tub. A little annoying to have to turn off the hot tub every night, but it did heat up within about an hour.

The kitchen is beautiful with a big dining room table. They had some drinks stocked in the fridge for us which was a welcome surprise. The place was lacking in towels but the owner was quick to rectify it with very nice new towels. It was a very nice place to stay. The only thing we missed in the kitchen was a can opener! (But nice neighbours saved us!)

Clean, spartan home with great spaces for hanging out in groups

We loved the backyard space and the size of the home. It fit our 6-person family really well. It was clean and we appreciated the coffee, spices and beverages included. The one issue we had was that we found the mattress in the master bedroom to be quite uncomfortable. Too soft and springy. Otherwise the house was great!

Wonderful stay!

Lovely spot. We enjoyed spending time with extended family at the house. It was clean and had pretty much everything we needed except pool towels would have been nice. The property was close to many grocery stores, restaurants, and the freeway. Nahal was great and gave us an informative introductory tour around the house. Thank you for a great stay!

Not a homey/welcoming feel. Manager and Owner are not experienced.

We were very excited to find a place close to Pasadena, but after our first few minutes in the home we realized why it may have been one of the last options available. The home met the basic needs but definitely is not a 5 star rental. We’ve experienced several rentals on VRBO and this left us with an odd feeling. Few instructions were sent via email 1 day before, there was no rental agreement with any details of the house or rules, the owner’s manager is the one communicating via email and phone. She called me and we agreed upon a time window of 3:30-4:00 to arrive. She said that would work perfect since the owner would be there at 3:00 anyway. We arrived at 3:30 and I received a call from Rose that the owner was running late. I noticed the door had a code so I asked for it so we could let ourselves in; after traveling for 12 hours we were tired. She said she needed to ask permission from the owner. She called me back and gave us the code. We got in and noticed some things were of concern i.e rocks thrown into bottom of pool, some broken fixtures, outdoor grill had salmon in it from a prior use. At 4:00 I called Rose to let her know the issues we found and that we needed to leave for dinner soon, I asked if the owner really needed to meet us since we already had the door code and didn't need a tour. She said the owner wanted come by to fix a garage opener; 4:22 he showed up. I let him know the issues we found and he said don't worry and was very nice, but as a renter of a expensive house, I hate to just take someone’s word for it. He was nice enough and cleaned the grill for us which the cleaning company missed. The first hour was a bad impression and there was over complicating things with the manager and owner both involved. It seems like they’re just getting into the hang of renting it. Both asked more than once how many people were staying, explained no parties, and no parking on street. We are a mature family there for the Rose Parade so it felt odd to be asked several times and I would have preferred to sign a contract if there are questions or lack of trust. There was a nice booklet with rules/info in the house that would have been nice to read a few days before arrival. Other notes: lack of a full door causes shower to spray on bathroom floor/walls, no wood for firepit, exterior video cameras not disclosed, low quality beds/linens. The home looks great in photos, but the effort seems to be put on looks rather than liveability
