The elegant master suite has a new bed/mattress and enjoys large windows overlooking the Gulf and a private terrace entry. It also features a separate glass-enclosed shower, a relaxing garden tub, double vanity with granite countertops along with generous closet space. Great Vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only bad thing is the parking. When I have to pay $35 per vehicle, I don't expect big redneck trucks and general A-holes double parking taking up 2 spaces. Why are these vehicles not being towed? the parkign pass has thei unit number on it. It shoul dnot be a mystery as to who the offending parties are. Large trucks should be required to park on the roof!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property wasn't my favorite and honestly I wouldn't stay here again. The a/c was broken for the majority of my stay and would flicker off and on. The maintenance team always responded in a timely manner but we spend our entire 5 days with workers in and out of the condo. The cleaning fee was very expensive for a sub par job. When we arrived I deep cleaned the unit and it was filthy. Hair in the shower and dirt all over the floors. Typically condos will have a little travel dish soap and some salt and pepper and this one had nothing. We had some friends staying in another condo a few floors below us and they left the unit because of bed bugs. The property and the unit need a lot of TLC.

Your typical PCB rental
Your typical PCB rental. Clean, had everything we needed to cook a meal. This was a unit almost on the top floor, so if you use the main elevator (closest to parking garage), you might take a while… so find the elevator on the west side of the building. Interior is just like the pictures show. The beds could be more comfortable, but you rarely get a hood mattress in a rental. The kids bunk beds do NOT have a door, don’t have drawers for clothes, etc. The bunk room is really more of a cubby hole cute in the hallway near the front door, so lots of outside/road noise. I’m sure it’s worse on the floors closer to the street (cars/trucks with loud mufflers, sound systems, etc). It would be much nicer to actually have a 2nd bedroom. Overall, good price for spring break & you’re not in the room much, right?

Everyone on staff was super friendly and the resort was nice and clean. Our room had an immaculate view of the ocean and was our little home away from home for the duration of our trip. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear. Truly a wonderful stay and close to everything in town. We even walked to several places from the condo. 10/10 highly recommend!
