Enjoy St. Simons in this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in Brockinton Marsh. Large living room with fireplace and enclosed sunroom with spectacular views of the Marshes of Glynn.

All bedrooms have private baths. Master bedroom has vaulted ceilings. Spend the afternoon reading on the private deck off the master bedroom.

Great island location and convenient to beach, shopping, bike paths, village, restaurants, movies, water park, and more. Ideal for a family getaway or a weekend retreat for a couple, the condo comes equipped with everything you need from beach towels to lounge chairs to make for a great week at the beach.. Condo has books, puzzles, movies and games for kids. Enjoy a great view while grilling on the gas grill on the downstairs patio.

The gated pool is steps away from the condo.

Condo is 1800 square feet, more spacious than average condos.

Beautiful views, convenient to beach, shopping, local attractions.

This is Joyce and mine's sixth season at Brockinton Marsh. We visit during the months of Jan, Feb and March. Affectionately know as “snow birds”. We first stayed with a friend who lives nearby, and head about the availability of this condo through word of mouth.



The condo has always been clean and neatly arranged upon our arrival. The property is well maintained. During our stay if anything gets broken or needs repair, a call to the owner gets immediate attention. The owner is very concerned that our stay here is a pleasant one. As she says, “relax and enjoy yourself”. I would highly recommend this condo to a friend, or a member of our family.



The state of Georgia is very proud of their marshland. The governor of the state has made it a priority to maintain and preserve the marshland. 303 has a wonderful view of the marsh through the rear glass doors. The marsh is rich in wildlife, and occasionally we get a peak at some.



The area is rich in history, with several historic forts, National Monuments, and parks nearby. Jekyll island must also be on your list to visit. A walk along the ocean beach. For real fun, and an education, take a trip on the shrimper “Lady Jane”.



Restaurants? There are many. Be sure to have a fish dinner at the Marsh Side. A pizza at Sal's, but come early or you will have to wait to get in. An entertainer as well as a very good pizza maker. Many others. Our favorite breakfast spots are The Fredrica Cafe, and Huddle House.



Come stay a while, you will have fun, and not be disappointed.

Wonderful condo on the marsh with great sunporches and view Condo comfortable and very clean

Very pleased with this property. Nicely appointed and very comfortable. Central to island attractions and minutes from the beach. Owner was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Would highly recommend this great condo. Will be looking to stay here next time back to island.

We enjoyed the vacation condo. It was very large for our family of 2 adults and 5 children. The kids loved the community pool. My husband and son enjoyed the walking path in the mornings.
