Independent house fully equipped near the owner's house in a park of 1600 m2, ideally located 5 minutes from Dax, 30 minutes from the beaches of the ocean and 1 hour from the Pyrenees.
The Landes forest is a 5 minute walk. Many hiking and mountain biking trails are marked in the area very close.

The house has a sleeping area with a double bed 180 * 200 (linens provided), equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, basin and bidet and separate WC.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances ensoleillées.Petit studio cosie , joliment décoré, environnement calme pour des vacances reposantes.logement proche des commerces. Bon séjour

Les propriétaires sont charmants. Endroit calme et tranquille avec des grandes forêts tout près. Cuisine petite avec couverts disparates, Salle de bain OK, WC ultra étroit assez désagréable. Parking voiture dans la propriété. Convient bien pour de courts séjours au calme.

Très bon séjour

La maisonnette est très fonctionnelle et agréable. Le lit est grand et très confortable. Les propriétaires sont gentils et de bon service. Tout en étant proches, ils sont discrets. Merci encore pour l'accueil !!
