Enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes of Sunday River at this four-bedroom townhouse, a comfortable Newry escape with a private deck, its very own sauna, and community access to a swimming pool and hot tub.
This townhouse is beautifully positioned on Locke Mountain, one of the eight interconnected peaks in Sunday River's 870 acres. Simply click on your skis to reach the nearby Tempest trail, and you'll be at the White Cap Lodge, the White Cap Quad, and the Little White Cap Quad in no time.
The living space has the ambience of a cozy mountain lodge, with natural wood walls, leather furnishings, and a wood-burning fireplace to warm your toes. Throw your ski clothes in the private washer/dryer, unwind in the downstairs sauna, and gather your loved ones around the flatscreen TV. Prepare homemade breakfasts in the full kitchen (with a dishwasher), use the free WiFi to share photos of your adventures, and begin each day with a dip in the community pool and hot tub.
You'll never tire of the outdoor thrills at Sunday River - begin planning your Maine getaway today!

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
In the words of my 5 year old, on the day we checked out:<br />

"Daddy, we need to follow the house rules so that we can rent this house again, because I love this house, and I want to come back."
This worked very well for 8 old retired guys. We didn't use the sauna but enjoyed the nice hot tub and pool. The pool was much warmer than expected which was nice after a day on the slopes. The only negative (which I did not include in the 5 star rating) was the lack of 12-16 oz. water (beer) glasses. We actually bought a few from the Matterhorn.
Our stay was great. Room for everyone to relax and you can't beat the location!
Very nice place close to the trails.
On mountain, with pool and hot tub steps away what else could you ask for. Perfect location and Sunday River works hard to make the ski conditions good under any weather circumstance.
Although dated (like all the accommodations on-site at Sunday River), this town house was large, clean and extremely functional. We slept twelve comfortably, found the kitchen perfect and just generally enjoyed our stay. The hot-tub/pool area was just a quick jaunt across the parking lot as was Tempest for ski in/ski out.
