Come visit our spectacular beaches in Seagrove Florida! There is lots to do and see along 30A from white sugar sand beaches of South Walton, to award winning restaurants and fabulous boutique shopping.

You will fall in love with our home away from home at the beach! Spacious end unit condo on the ground floor with king bed, queen pull out sofa and rollaway twin bed to sleep a total of 5. Our beautifully updated kitchen with white quartz countertops is stocked with everything from a coffee maker to pots and pans. Our bathroom is renovated and has a beautifully tiled stand up shower.

Across the street is beach access one block away. We have included our beach chairs and beach wagon! Take a stroll to some of the best restaurants Seagrove has to offer like the Perfect Pig and Cafe 30A or rent bicycles across the street and take a leisurely ride to explore the shops and food trucks at seaside. Relax in our beautiful, sparkling pool after a day at the beach or have a glass of wine on our covered patio.

We have everything you need for a short stay or an extended stay without ever needing to get in your car. High speed Internet in case you want to stay connected. Publix is located just a little over a mile away for all your grocery needs.

For our friends that have furry family members we are happy to allow you to include them for a minimall pet fee. Please check YES to pets when booking so the pet fee is added. Also you must put the type of breed in the notes when booking. We have a grassy area off to the side with a doggy station for your convenience.

NOTE: undisclosed pets are subject to a $500 fine.

Traveling with children....we have a pack n play, highchair and of course a radio flyer wagon so you can travel light. These are all included at no additional cost to you. No need to contact a rental company or pack the car to overflowing. We want to make your stay easy and stress free. Its vacation after all!

If you want to explore by car Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach and the ever beautiful Alys beach is just as short 10 minute car ride away. There are an abundance of restaurants, shopping and activities for both children and adults from movies in the park to live music.

Our Stay on 30A

We enjoyed our stay at Seagrove Beach. The condo is well-located and clean, and though we didn’t have kids with us, it would be great for a small family without the room in the car to tote everything kids need when away from home. That being said, we experienced a few hiccups you should be aware of. The owners provide an extensive information sheet, but it’s not entirely accurate. Check the welcome text for check-in instructions and follow-up about check-out duties. Similarly, bring your own bottled water or water filter if you don’t like to drink out of the tap. If you have clothes you’d like to hang, bring hangers. Also bring your own beach umbrella. If you’d like to watch anything TV-14 and above, you’ll need the code 0000. Two notes on utilities: The AC cannot be set below 68 degrees F or else you will be charged for repairs. Also, the hot water doesn’t get very hot, which is great for kid safety but may disappoint adults. Luggage racks would be a welcome addition, but because of the size of the bed in the bedroom, suitcases don’t really fit in there. A couple of things are broken: the curtain rod on the left in the living room, which doesn’t allow you to pull the curtains open, and the screen door outside, which doesn’t allow you to have the door open without letting bugs in. While there is a lot of dishware, there’s not a lot of glassware, especially rocks glasses. The owners responded quickly to texts but didn’t offer to address any concerns. Enjoy your stay!

Updated condo steps from the beach

Condo has been updated with attractive furnishings, tile floors, quartz countertops, nice walk in shower. Just steps away from good dining and the beach. Would stay here again.

Suited our needs

Overall, we had a good stay (myself, husband and 10 year old son). Location was good. Just a short walk to the beach. I liked that it was on the first floor as well. The pool was steps away, but we did not use it. It was nice to have the fold out wagon and beach chairs provided. My son also used some of the sand toys that were left there. We were able to take one of our dogs as well, which was nice. The only things I can complain about are this annoying sound that the water pipes make when you run the bathroom shower or faucet, or the people upstairs were running theirs. Also, we were supposed to start a load of sheets or towels before we left, which we did, but there was no detergent to do so. Luckily, we had brought our own and just used it. The owner was very nice and communicated well with us. We would stay again.

Weekend Getaway

Highly recommend this vender! It was a great size and perfect location for us. Upon arrival, it was exceptionally clean and the pool is a nice bonus. We did have to go to a different beach access, as the one closest and mentioned is currently closed to the public. Thankfully we have been to the area recently so we knew of another access to go to. Overall, a great experience and highly recommend!

Disappointed

Negatives:The housekeeper came back to rewash the floor as it was sticky when we arrived. The screen was torn on the patio door and I was told that it had been replaced 5 times in previous years and that it was not going to be replaced. The balcony and furniture was filthy. I was told that the HOA was responsible for power washing. The other tenants in the complex had clean balconies. The couch and living room chairs have seen better days and are stained. The smell of urine was masked by housekeeping with two plug ins. Positive: decorated nicely.

We fell in love with Seagrove/Seaside and had to find a little getaway we can enjoy every spare moment. Our condo takes us away from the hustle and bustle and allows us to unplug, unwind and spend some wonderful family time together.

This is our home away from home. Our family loves it and we hope you do as well! You can't beat this location on 30A!

What makes this property unique

So close to everything but a quiet community not on the main road. You will love being able to park your car and walk or bike to restaurants, shopping and of course the beach. Our community only has 25 units so often you will find the pool all to yourself! We love our furry family members and will allow you to bring yours (dogs only) with a small fee. Fee is per stay and per dog. Make sure you check yes to pets when booking and include the breed/type in the notes for approval.
