Traditional renovated farmhouse, comfortable, classified 3 stars. Capacity of 5 persons, pets allowed. Detached house with private parking and terrace. Ground floor with a large living room (40M) fully equipped, sat. TV, DVD, kitchenette (oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer ...), fireplace (wood free) and bathroom with separate toilet and washing machine. Upstairs two bedrooms, one with 140 beds and the other with 140 beds and 90.

Furnished located in a rural hamlet of a dozen houses with private access closed with a panoramic view of the Cézallier (garden furniture, barbecue available).

Shops at 5 kilometers. Checks accepted, cleaning and linen package. Rental all year. Price according to period.
