Why henry jin chose Chandler
This condo is centrally located with easy access to freeways. Plenty of parking. There is a breakfast/lunch restaurant next door and also a hotel near by. There is a 24-hour Walmart grocery store, CVS drug store, Chase bank, Starbucks, and McDonald's across the street. There are tons of restaurants in the area (all along Chandler Blvd).
What makes this Condo unique
3 minutes to casino, 15 minutes to airport, 10 minutes to golf courses (I can give you recommendations on golf courses or how to get good deals or even play with you if you need a golf partner). Near shopping centers. Lots of restaurants to choose from within only a few miles.

Very unique condo
We rented the unit for 28 days and enjoyed our stay very much the location was convenient. Good location close to good sites entertainment. Quite comfortable. On a busy street but set back enough so the complex was very quiet. A little dated but spacious floor plan. Amenities were good
Nice comfortable condo
Exactly as advertised. Henry was very easy to work with and very quick with responses. Would recommend this unit. We enjoyed the area in Chandler with stores and restaurants on North Arizona Ave and West Chandler Boulevard like Murphy’s Law Pub and Sibley’s West gift shop.
Spring Break Stay
This property is nice and very affordable. It came as advertised. For two residents, it is a great setup. It is right off of Chandler Blvd. and just a few blocks from Interstate 10. We were able to hop on the Interstate within 5 minutes and be on our way to many surrounding locations. We didn't realize that it was just 15 minutes away from the Pima Canyon Trailhead. If you like to hike, this is a must visit. Once we found it, we did so on several occasions. We had easy access to the pool and it was never crowded. We were the only one's there most of the time. Although there are two hair salon businesses adjacent to the place, it was very quiet throughout the week. . Having both the U.S. Egg Restaurant and the Taco Bell/Pizza Hut within walking distance was an added bonus. The only suggestion for improvement would be a king size bed instead of a queen. Other than that, it was a very good stay for us.
Not very comfortable or inviting
First let me say the owner was very nice and helpful. Kept in communication from booking time to meeting us upon arrival. Showed us around and provided his cell phone for questions.
The building and unit are not inviting at all. This was a live/work complex and the unit is above a beauty salon, which is OK but not what you think of when you book an Arizona condo. The unit is sparsely furnished with an old couch and four chairs, a book case and small rollout kitchen island. Since the unit is above the business there are two flight of stairs to climb. Also the unit is in dire need of some serious cleaning.
As for the complex, it appears the complex was never finished. This unit is in a building surrounded by empty fields on a busy noisy corner behind a Taco Bell and breakfast diner. It does have a nice pool area surrounded by empty dirt fields and if you want to park near the front of the condo you are also parking in the business lot.
Since this was a quick 5 day trip price was a consideration and the price was reasonable for March, but you get what you pay for.
We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. The couch is not old, but we do keep it covered for sanitation purposes (just peek underneath); the cover is washed after each booking. Yes, it is a live/work complex, but the unit below is not a beauty salon... it is a photography studio that is by appointment only. Many of our guests actually find the breakfast diner a convenient plus & it is not open in the evenings. Taco Bell is located far enough away from our condo that you are not inconvenienced by their traffic or cooking smells. Phoenix is a desert... many of the residents & businesses are practicing water conservation practices; plus photos of the pool do not indicate any lush vegetation. We won't take offense if you don't come back and hope that you find other places more to your liking.
Quiet, conveniently located Condo
This condo is located in a small condo complex. 25 total units I believe. It is conveniently located with close access to Interstate 10, 101 and 202. Shopping and many restaurants close by. Phoenix Premium Outlet Mall is very close. We rented this condo for 28 days from mid February to mid March, 2018. Pool had been closed by the health department when we arrived. Then reopened in few days. Pool was advertised as Heated. That did not happen until day 19 of our time there. Once heater was turned on pool was wonderful. It is a large pool and rarely used by any residents. Convenient parking at front door. Kitchen in unit is nicely equipped and made it easy to prepare some meals there. Cable TV provided has lots of channels. WI-FI worked perfectly. My suggestion would be to add some end tables with large lamps that have 3 way bulbs in them to provide bright light for reading. The small lamps provided were not sufficient for these aging eyes.Washer and dryer in unit very convenient. Henry was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed our time there and the neighbors we met were all very nice.
